Our Driver David was outstanding and was very courteous. He made sure to pickup and get us to our destination on time. He told us about nice places to eat and activities that were going on at the time.
Our driver was very helpful and understanding. Was able to help us even tho he spoke little to no English. I would definitely recommend him to my peers.

We waited for 10 mins, but the shuttle did not show up. We called four times, but there was no answer.
Reserved for 7:30 pick up at airport. Reservation was for a full size van. 7:50 and no driver. Called the service line and they had to find diver. Paid $57 for the full size van but the driver showed up with a mini van. We were a group of fishermen with large fishing rod tubes and multiple pieces of luggage. It took some creative wedging to fit everything in the mini and still carry us. Will never use victor again for any future activity. No explanation as to why the driver wasn’t there on time and why the switch to smaller van.
Enjoyed the ride. The driver was patient, friendly, curious. He took the time to communicate with us through translation and made the time enjoyable. Our flight was delayed however the driver was there waiting to receive up. Would book aga.
Excellent service. Driver was on time and held a sign with our name on it for an easy to find experience at the airport. Driver was courteous, a safe driver, and spoke English.
No show. Zero communication, stood in the 90+ degree heat for almost 40 minutes. Then just arranged alternative transportation which came immediately. The support chat person was of zero help. Was unable to reach the group coordinator and just apologized and said a refund would need to be “reviewed”…seriously???
Our driver was great. He waited about 30-40 minutes after we were sent to the wrong immigration section! We were so appreciative and grateful. Thank you for your patience. Pleasant ride to our destination.
Never showed up and refused my refund request. Took an Uber instead. Communicated with driver, they were late and at a different location from what the app told us.

It was a very good connection. A little misunderstanding with pickup, but that was just a language barrier thing. WhatsApp became our best friend. So keep WhatsApp handy and it will be great.

I booked and paid on line for welcomepickups.com to meet us at the airport in Panama City. I got their app as instructed so I could communicate with my driver "Raphael". Twice I messaged that our flight was badly delayed and never got a reply. At 4 pm while still sitting in Miami a WhatsApp message asked me where we were. My messages thru their app were of no concern to him as he argued back and forth with me that I should have changed the time thru my "travel agent" which I never had. I used their app, welcomepickups as instructed but was stood up. Don't book any ride in advance at Tocumen Airport, there are taxi drivers there who will take you for much less, that's what we ended up doing.
The driver was waiting for us and texted me. Although we mistakenly thought we were in a different terminal, he managed to find us quickly. The car was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed talking to the driver.
We were a group of eight friends arriving at Panama. We booked this activity and even had a previous chat with the provider requesting our flight information. We appreciated that communication, but the pick up information was clear in the booking information: it would be in Zone 4, terminal 1. Nevertheless, our car was not waiting for us when we got out of customs. After a while we contacted our provider and told us our driver was in terminal 2(?) that he would get to our location in a while. We waited for another 10-15 minutes and finally a very beat up van appeared. The vehicle was not at all what was expected, it was beat up outside and worn and dirty inside. Our driver was courteous and got us to our hotel, but that was certainly not worth $120. A black Uber would cost $25 and we would have spent $50 for two cars.
The best ever!! No waiting and very sweet driver! Twenty minute drive from the airport to the city center. Will always use this service for every visit to Panama City.

The driver Julio was there to meet us outside of customs as instructed. He greeted us with a warm welcome and got us safely to our hotel. What more can one ask for?

Used these guys when coming into panama city, probably more expensive than calling an Uber but having the peace of mind of a pre prepared pickup was worth the extra cost.

Driver was on time with a vehicle large enough for 9 adults and luggage. Coming out of customs is alway a little chaotic so we had to search around to find him. It would have been helpful if he was in the terminal with a sign. However we communicated through what’s app and we found him. Great driver and got us to our hotel safely
