Private Transfer From Tocumen Airport To Downtown Panama City, Panama

No waiting upon our arrival to the airport. Driver was super friendly and gave us a little history of the city on the way to the hotel!

Good communication before travel and messaged us just as we landed also. Easy to find at airport. Great transfer

We booked two transfers with Amber Moon Taxi Service and both were awesome. First we were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel in downtown Panama City. There were 4 adults. Renan was our driver and he was great! He was holding a sign with my name at the airport, and he was easy to spot. Two days later, we were driven from our hotel in Panama City to Colon so we could board our cruise ship. We had Renan again and he took us straight to where we needed to be. Renan was punctual both times. We paid in cash (US dollars) after each ride was completed. We did give him a tip in addition to the agreed upon payment. I would definitely use this service again if I visit Panama City again.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Everything went like clockwork and I really appreciated the warm welcome and smooth transfer into Panama City. Thanks, Renan!

Driver was on time and waited as our flight was delayed. Vehicle was not the best, interior needed cleaning and vacuuming. Driver was not very engaging but we got to our hotel safely.

Comfortable ride professional driver overall easy we were waiting a long time for our luggage but communication was great

It was a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our driver was there with our name and took care of us. No stress on our part. Great way to start our visit to Panama!

Our driver, Manuel, was wonderful and very personable. He patiently waited for us and was a good driver. We were highly pleased with the ease of booking online, the frequent reminders, as the date approached, and the reliability of the company.

Driver had excellent communication. He was waiting on time and had a very clean vehicle. Very friendly.

Everything went smoothly. Good communication in advance of the flight. Driver was waiting right at the exit from inspection. Friendly greeting clean car safe driving. With a nice experience.

Our driver was on time. A clear professional sign. Easy to locate outside immigration. We were very satisfied. We came in a day early and communicate with the company and they accommodated us.

Great experience. Driver met us outside customs holding a sign with name and was easy to find and drove us to hotel. Spoke enough wnglish to make communication easy. Would use service again.

Our driver was there on time, polite, friendly and helpful. It was late, we’d been traveling all day so we appreciated this. Definitely would choose to use this service again.

No troubles at all with this transfer. They were on time and friendly. Great experience overall and I look forward to using them again as n the future.

The driver was there waiting for us on time, even after a three hour late arrival. They tracked our flight progress.

Great reliable transportation On time, efficient and smooth transport to and from the airport. Excellent communication and prompt. Couldn’t ask for any better. Would definitely use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Our driver was there before we got out of immigration. They responded quickly and was easy to find. I would use this company again.

This was an airport pick up, not an actual activity. But the driver was on time waiting for us after passport, control, and luggage. He was friendly and got us to our destination safely, so I would definitely recommend this Transport service…

Driver was ontime and friendly. He was waiting with sign as was described. No issues at all with driver

Great! 10/10 Driver was very attentive and patient. I would recommend this company. They also had a sign waiting for you @ the airport

Wonderful! I booked a private airport pickup from Tocumen International Airport to the Albrook Mall area. My flight was severely delayed and the owner and CEO, Renan, was tracking my flight and communicating with me via WhatsApp. He reassured me he would be there to pick me up. He was very patient, understanding, and waiting right for me with a sign with me name (4 hours later than the original ETA). He was very kind, professional, and got me safely to my destination. For a private airport pick up in Panamá City I would absolutely recommend Renan’s service.

Driver was on time. Was not trouble finding him since he had the sign. They were also on time for the pickup from the hotel as well

I was very pleased with this service. Viator let me know where to go to meet the driver, and the driver did a terrific job using WhatsApp to let me know when of his arrival time (which was just after I had gotten my bags).

Driver was right there waiting for us outside customs. Had a very safe, relaxed drive into the city...hard to ask for more

Courteous and very kind driver .. also a very safe driver! Our Driver was on time and met us in the baggage claim area. We truly appreciated his extra effort and making sure we were taken care of.

Pickup was easy and good communication with company before landing. Vehicle used for pickup needed maintenance, smelled like gasoline fumes at times.

Our transfer was very smooth and pleasant. Great service! Our driver met us at customs, the car was clean and nice, he was friendly and drove well.

Couldn’t have been better! Smooth transition after going through cuts time , easy to find and pick up courteous and efficient ! Thank you !

Timely pickup and drop off Vehicle was older Uber would have been cheaper but needed early morning service so didn’t want to risk it.

The driver was waiting for when we arrived. He had messaged us in advance on WhatsApp about where he would be waiting. The car was clean and comfortable and we were dropped off at our chosen location. Would highly recommend.

A real good experience with a car clean, and pleasant driver. It waiting us just outside of control area with a clear and good panel. Take care of us and luggage’s

Easy to book in advance. Used Amber Moon for airport pick-up @ PTY with a sightseeing stop at Panama Viejo on way to my hotel. On my return flight I needed an early 05:00 pick-up & he was right on time. Definitely recommend.

Nice young man, difficult to exchange communications with since we did not speak Spanish, nor he English…but we made out. He was completely certain of directions the last couple miles, but got us there safety!

Very good pickup. Driver was on time, helped with luggage, and had no. issue with getting us to our hotel.

Flight was very late, but the driver was waiting with a big sign with my name on it. Pleasant drive with a professional driver who spoke English. They stayed in contact before meeting thus nervous traveller.

Right there waiting for us! So nice to see your name on a sign just outside of customs. Convenient, friendly and affordable.

Marco is a safe and professional driver. We started out with him from the airport to our hotel in Panama City. Then 2 days later he drove us 2 hours to Buenaventura! He also drove us back 2 days later! He was always ahead of the scheduled time! Highly recommend Marco and Amber Moon.

I wanted to commend the amazing customer service I received. Additionally, our driver was friendly and ensured our safety throughout the trip.

My wife left her passport at customs and the driver waited for us to retrieve it. Thanks so much. You saved us a trip back to the airport the next day.

The driver was waiting with a sign and he assisted us with our luggage. The ride was safe and we made it to our destination without issues.

It was a great service. We communicated well right up to meeting my driver. They’re very patient and the ride was smooth. Highly recommend 🙌🏽

The guy was super helpful and customer service was great! Only issue we had was the vehicle. Everything else was great. That’s why I rate him at the max!

I had a very good experience. The driver was professional and on time. It took me a while to come through customs, but the driver waited and communicated with me. Car was clean and nice, and the air was SUPER COLD. Which felt great in the Panama humidity! I would use them again!

It takes all the transportation worries away after a long day of travel for a very reasonable price.

I was very pleased to be met by the most courteous and friendly driver, I think his name was Joshua, he was on time and Made us feel very comfortable, if ever I am back to Panama I would love for him to pick us up, keep up the good work

Joshua was my driver & he was great! He showed up on time & was waiting for me as soon as I came through customs. I requested an earlier pick up than the original time from the hotel & I was accommodated with no problem.

The driver met me on time , was courteous, the vehicle was clean and he got me where I needed to go. Can’t do any better than that.

Experience was great. The driver was right outside as soon as we walked out. He was friendly and also let us use the aux. definitely would book again

Our driver Marcos met us at the airport with a bigger comfortable minivan and took us to our hotel. He was courteous and drove wel.
