The tour guide was awesome we watched a short interesting tour video and started our tour on time. He was prompt and professional and the sling shots were fun. We were able to connect our Bluetooth and ride out!
Good service. The driver was waiting for us. He took us to the wrong address in Bella Vista Gardens, but it wasn't his fault. He put us on his Wi-Fi so we called a friend who pit is right. Only 2 blocks from right address. All good. We felt safe
Feel like I got scammed. Booked the airport to playa and the driver said it's be$30 extra because of how far the dreams resort was
This is not necessarily private. We were three and booked a mini van (which you pay more for). So they took that opportunity to book another group in the same van. So we had to go to another terminal to pick them up. Then dropped them off first. Which added at least another 30 minutes to our ride to the hotel. I will not use them again. False advertising.
I arrived at the airport early, cleared customs on time, get to the pick up area no driver. 47 minutes has passed and finally i get picked up by Sonia who was awesome.
My driver, Javier, was punctual, friendly and professional. He stayed in contact with from the morning of my pickup until my arrival time at the airport.

We booked a private pick up. When the driver came he was taking us and another 2 people. While I didnt mind sharing the van with others, we had to wait close to 30 minutes for the people to arrive. The whole point of us picking a private pick up was to minimize waiting for a ride. Disappointed

Booked car ride from Airport in Panama. Said cancellation 24 hours in advance, when tried to cancel 32 hours in advance., site would not allow and phone reps said they could only contact vendor and ask for cancel. We did use service because we could not cancel.
I wasn’t impressed with the fact that they said due to my flight delay the driver had to leave but they were sending another one, where’s the logic in that? I ended waiting at the airport for an additional hour. Next time I’ll take an Uber, which ended up being cheaper
The driver never came. Now I'm on vacation and have to worry about getting a refund.
Not very good at all! There were only 2 buses in service and neither had head sets so the guide had to verbally explain the sites in different languages. We could barely understand and left the bus before reaching the end point.

Driver was outside of baggage and recognized my uploaded picture so pickup was smooth as silk. Drove to hotel with again no issues perfect.
Terrible experience! Had to wait 20 minutes for our ride! There was a sign with my name, but no one was waiting and I had to ask another company who to speak with. Once they directed me, the coordinator was on the phone and told me to wait as he was busy. I would not recommend. Better to just schedule an uber! The driver was nice and friendly and that's why I gave 2 stars, but I would not book again!
The car was clean and very comfortable, and the driver was waiting with my name, which I appreciated. However, our driver José was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When he asked where we were staying, I began showing him the full address on my phone and mentioned the hotel name. He repeatedly said “no it doesn't exist” and refused to look at the screen, huffing and insisting on telling me the area "is very big do I know that" even though the complete address was right in front of him. He gave us the impression he really wasn't interested. It was only when my partner held the phone up that he finally looked and realised the full address was clearly displayed. He than proceeded to huff once more and tell us the name. His attitude was unnecessary and quite shocking. I was genuinely taken aback by his behaviour. Unfortunately, he was a poor reflection of your business, and I won’t be using this service again.

I booked this transfer with the impression that it was a private transfer . When we arrived there was another family waiting on our arrival . It was fine because we had room in the van , just wish it would have said that we would be ride Sharing .

I would not recommend this company for travel. I had to take a taxi to go to the meeting point (it was not in walking distance). Then the driver was 30 minutes late. Save yourself the hassle and book another company.

Celebrating my Mom's 80th Birthday in Panama was truly a truly great experience. The food was excellent, and the people were friendly. We also was able to experience Panama National Holiday Celebration, which the experience more memorable.
