Good service. The driver was waiting for us and took us safely to our Airbnb in Bella Vista. The vehicle was clean and we had lots of room for our luggage (4 adults traveling). All good. We felt safe.

There are 3 airports in Panama City, not 2, and this is sometimes confused on travel websites. I purchased 4 seats from Bocas Town to Panama City. The actual carrier was Panama Air but was shown on the website as "Hahn Technologies." As the day of the flight drew near, I didn't know whether I had real tickets or not. Thankfully, Cesar, at Viator, sorted it all out for us, figured out the actual flight and airport, and was at the arriving airport on time to meet me and my party. It's so nice to work with responsible and efficient folks like Viator. Highly recommended.

This was perfect transport from the airport. Our chauffeur spoke perfect English, and was very knowledgeable.
Our driver Fernando was outstanding and make sure we were always confortable with A/C temperature, he even offered water bottles and carry out bags all the way to our door. Only suggestion for the company is to have a specific section at the airport exit to locate the drivers as all the taxi will drive you crazy when travelers get out of the airport, knowing what section to look will be a lot easier.
Driver was a little late, which had us nervous, but he arrived, was friendly, and got us to hotel safely.

Followed instructions upon arrival. Did not see anyone with a sign with my name. Went to P5 Row C as instructed and no one there. Ended up taking a taxi. Received a call from the company 1hr later (30 min after arriving at my hotel in Panama City) looking for me. They must have been late.

I am a Travel Agent and I booked Safe Transportation for my Clients Pirvate Airport Transfers and Private Panama Canal and City Tour. My clients said they felt like celebrities and Luis and Cesar were excellent host and gave lots of history about Panama. All Safety guidelines were practiced I booked the tour last minute, and despite it being outside of the time quoted on the Safe Transportation Website, Cesar was very accomodating and booked my clients, outside of the normal tour time, and showed them a great time. Despite the Miraflores Visitor Center at the Panama Canal being closed, due to the pandemic, Cesar made sure that my clients got a great view of the Panama Canal, and had some local food as well during the city tour. I doubted the veracity of so many excellent reviews, but considering just the amount, I decided to trust and I was not wrong. They complied with everything that had been agreed and we took the opportunity to make two other excursions with them that despite the short stay, their predisposition was total.
Punctuality, cordiality and professionalism. We made three transfers with Safe and they were excellent. Very good prices.
