An excellent tour of Panama City and the Panama Canal tourist center, old town and numerous other spots. José was a terrific tour guide and made sure we were well looked after.
We never connected with our tour guide. I don't know if the Viator coordinate was wrong or if the Guide was at fault. The telephone number we were given did not work. Viator couldn't reach the Guide either. After being contacted by Viator the Guide emailed us but even with that we couldn't connect.
No show. They get two stars for a fast refund, but given we had four days in Panama, having them bail was not great. They did send a message that they thought the pickup was at 8:30 ... but it was an all-day tour. No sale.
Trip was cancelled without my permission, and no response or reason from the tour operator. I found out the morning of the tour.
We got to see so much of Panama and learn about its history and culture. Our guide was awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and informative. It was a perfect day.

Carlos is a fabulous guide. Even when it rained in the afternoon, Carlos kept my 15 yr old and 7 yr old daughters engaged. He was the first person I. Panama who apologized for being exactly 3 minutes late - we hadn't even noticed. The rest of the trip was a pure joy. We drove to the lake with stories about the culture and history of Panama. The boat ride to the monkey islands was a breeze (quite literally 😉) We saw 3 kinds of monkeys and a baby croc and an adult crocodile we estimate was 6-7 feet long. We also saw too many birds to count and some beautiful flower plants too. Later we drove to the San Lorenzo fort and enjoyed another set of stories. Got completely drenched in the sudden rain and Carlos gallantly ran and brought us umbrellas from his car. The picnic lunch was simple and filling and the fruits were excellent. He also did remember to bring us the requested diet coke. After a dash back to the car we headed for the Agua Clara locks. The highlight was to see a large tanker enter and descend a lock in front of us. Carlos was very patient with all of our questions. We drove back to the hotel with a great dinner recommendation and a beautiful set of memories. Thanks for a great day Carlos and we will definitely recommend your tour to all of our friends.
Graciano, our tour guide was remarkable. I explained that we did some of the tour by another so he customized for us. We saw and fed monkeys who came on our boat. Cayman, birds, nature was all around.
Everything went well according to plan. We enjoyed the boat tour on Gatun Lake. Seeing the monkeys and other wildlife. Seeing the large ships up close as they traveled to the locks. Learning about the Panama Canal at the Atlantic ocean side and watching them go through the locks. Our tour guide Carlos was very informative.
