Private Airport Transfer

Fast, efficient, and friendly pickup from the Colon Cruise Port in a clean minivan. While on our cruise, I added on a Panama Canal Tour and Excursion by communicating with Elijah via WhatsApp. We went to the Gatun Locks & Visitor Center, Agua Clara Visitor Center, remnants of the old French Canal, went past the Chagras River, crossed the Centenial Bridge both ways, saw the Pedro Miguel Locks, Culebra Cut and Cocoli Locks. Most importantly, Daniel went out of his way to take us to a Farmacia and translate to get my wife much needed cough medicine. Excellent customer service!

Filipp was excellent to work with! I had sent a message after booking to confirm they had received the time I needed to be picked up, and Filipp responded quickly, putting my mind at ease. He was on time (early, actually) and I felt very safe driving with him. Not only that, he is very personable and intelligent, and chatting with him on the way was super pleasant. Highly recommended!!

The driver was patient. Our flight was delayed. He was very friendly and professional. The vehicle was new and very clean. Highly recommended.

They are reliable and on time help you with the luggage answer all your emails for your questions very quickly

Easy to book. Easy to find at the airport. Helpful and attentive. Would definitely book with them again.

Leroy was our driver. He was very patient as we had to wait for one family member whose flight was about 20 mins behind schedule. Leroy was very professional, kind and courteous... His vehicle was nice and clean as well.

The Driver was on time and very professional... He was right at the exact meeting place. The vehicle was nice and clean.

They meet you on time as scheduled. The drivers are courteous and vehicles are clean, spacious. Knowledge of the area was terrific this was a calming and peaceful process. I would recommend to friends and family anywhere.

Phillip was there waiting for us at airport and was very friendly and helpful. Provided nice insight and suggestions on way to hotel. Thank you.

The driver was extremely late picking us up and the instructions to meet him was not clear. After a long day it was frustrating trying to locate him.

Our driver was there with a board with our names on. Very friendly and efficient. Helped with all our bag!

Our driver, Filipp, was on time for our pick up from the hotel. He had provided our ride from airport to hotel when we arrived in Panama City, so of course, he remembered us. His English was great, he was informative and answered questions we had about the city & restaursnts, and he handled all our luggage. I would highly recommend Filipp as a dependable and friendly driver!

We weren't sure how we were supposed to find our driver after we picked up our luggage. He was waiting for us and was holding a sign with my husband's name in it. Our driver was grest- he was polite, helpful, and very informative about attractions & restaurants in the area of our hotel.

Was not greeted at the airport by the driver. No sign no car. Found a helpful airport employee to call the shuttle company. They said driver is on the way. In the mean time another driver from Panama Shuttle was looking for his customer and was not helpful at all. The airport employee was able to get us a taxi that accepted our shuttle voucher. Not sure if that was arranged by the other shuttle driver or not, but we finally made to our hotel, and are ready to enjoy our time in Panama.

It was great he contacted me upon arrival and let me know where he was and where I was to meet him. Great

He was very good and informative knows the area and gave us ideas on where to eat and what to see. He was a very good driver and felt safe at all times

Great experience!!! Prompt and in time. Was waiting at gate with sign. He took me directly to hotel.

Our driver, Fillip, was excellent in every way. We had very early flights (2 and 3 am!) both in and out of Panama City. Fillip fulfilled every expectation! He was at the airport when we arrived. He was helpful and informative as well as an excellent driver. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication and time management. The driver was very nice and respectful. I was very impressed especially with it being my first time in Panama.

Our driver arrived a few minutes early, which was great since we were already waiting. He was very nice and got us to the airport safely and quickly. I'd highly recommend.

The best service in all the countries I have traveled to, helpful, punctual, and they made me feel safe, they resolved doubts and questions and on the way from the airport to the hotel I didn't want it to end because of how good I felt talking to bilingual guide

I booked Shuttle Panama via Viator. This was the best decision for my group and I. Filippe was the BEST. Very attentive and helpful. Shuttle Panama provided roundtrip transportation for us from and to the airport. We also booked Shuttle Panama for the tour of the city, as well as the San Blas boat ride excursion.

Great on time airport pick up...with name card to make the ID so easy!! The drive from the airport yo hotel was uneventful...would definitely use again!!

The travel to and from airport was very convenient. Fillippe was very friendly and knowledgeable about Panama. He waited over 40 mins as our flight was delayed. Highly recommend the service.

Fillipe, was wonderful. He waited for my father and I even when our flight was delayed and was still there when we got through customs. Our ride was so smooth and he even suggested things for us to see and great restaurants to try during our stay. We will definitely request him again.

Good communication with company ahead of trip and with driver at the airport. Driver was waiting outside customs exit and easy to find.

Frippery was fantastic- he shared a bit of history during the ride. Definitely recommend the service

Driver was very helpful and waited even with flight delays. He was super patient! We arrived in a timely fashion!

This was great and the company communicated very well as to where pick up would be and we’re on time. I would definitely recommend this company and would use it again.
