Daniel was fabulous! This was my first solo international trip & my first trip to Panama so I was a bit nervous. He made sure he was easy to find, was on time for both legs of my journey, played great music and was rhe right blend of conversation and tour guide so we had a natural and interesting chat. Panama City traffic is no joke but he made the ride seem shorter than it was. Clean vehicle, courteous and professional service. 10 stars!! HIGHLY RECOMNEND!!
Daniel was great! I mistakenly gave him the wrong flight # but he called the airline & did a little investigating to ensure he'd be there to pick us up on time. That's how you over-serve & earn repeat customers. We highly recommend him & plan to use his services in the future.
Driver was right on time, communication between the driver and myself was excellent. I was suppose to arrive on the 12/10 but because of the earthquake my flight was cancelled, I had messaged the driver just to give him the update and he was amazing and understanding.
Our flight was a bit delayed but our driver was so kind and was there waiting for us. We had great conversation with him on the way to our hotel and he gave us his info in case we wanted to book him to drive us places during our visit.
My family of 7 including a young child were 5 hours late to arrive in Panama due to an earthquake. The company texted me throughout to check on our progress, gave me updates on what was happening locally, and made us feel safe to continue our trip to a new country. Driver was on time with a sign and gave my family a calming and supportive ride to hotel given the nervousness some felt coming into what from the news depicted a scary but very rare situation.

We had an excellent experience with this private car service from the airport in Panama. Our driver was right on time, the car was spotless, and he immediately helped us with all of our luggage, which made for a smooth and stress-free start to our trip. What really stood out was that the ride from the airport to our hotel felt more like a guided tour than just a transfer. He shared so much fascinating historical information about Panama, including detailed insights about the city and the Panama Canal. It was engaging, informative, and gave us a great introduction to the country. We also booked the Monkey Island tour with him, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. Getting to feed the monkeys directly from our hands was such a unique and fun experience—something we’ll never forget!

We had never used car service in Panama so we’re concerned about the logistics. After a long trek to terminal 2, we received a What’s App call from our driver, Moises. His easy and helpful manner got us to our hotel quickly. He was better than we could have hoped!

Jorge communicated by text throughout the process and was outside immigration with a sign with our names when we arrived. My wife was in a wheel chair, and he brought the car up to the sidewalk and was helpful with our (4 large) bags. My wife had lost her cane in Miami, and Jorge helpfully stopped at a pharmacy so I could buy a new one. He was professional and friendly, and I highly recommend this service. I would gladly recommend him to anyone visiting Panama.
