It was a private tour with my host Juan.We started at the Panama Canal.Juam had a aura that immediately makes you feel safe and that was important to me since I was a solo traveler. He was knowledgeable about the canal and historical sights. More stops and photo opportunities would make the tour A+ Overall it was a good tour.

After visiting the Panama Canal we will go to the Old Town of Panama City (Casco Antiguo). We will walk through this site, a World Heritage Site since 1997, which has large squares and churches such as the Church of San José with the great golden altar that was saved from the famous pirate Captain Morgan
After visiting the Casco Antiguo we will visit the Amador Causeway, a road that runs parallel to the Panama Canal. We will stop in the City sign at Flamenco Island.

Casco viejo is beautiful and well preserved! And the canal is an amazing feat of engineering! The guide Juan, was courteous, and all around a great guy.
Ariel was an incredible guide and very knowledgeable. He had a good sense of humor too. He even went out of his way to show me my dads old high school, which was very special.
I'm a frequent visitor to Panama and have done several tours in the city. This private tour with OLIVER was by far the best, friendliest, and most informative tour ever. I learned so much that I've educating Panamanians about their city and history. Oliver is personable, super informed and generous with his time and knowledge. I highly recommend booking this and ask for OLIVER.
Oliver was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted to see and do. He knew exactly when ships were going through the locks at the canal so we made good use of our time. Excellent afternoon!
My opinion is that the Panama Canal is one of the most important places in the city where you can live a great experience that allows us to know how the world economy and the country's economy develops since this is the main engine of its economy, see The passage of enormous ships that transport all types of merchandise make this place something majestic. old town is a beautiful combination between ancient and contemporary, you can enjoy here both during the day knowing its history, its churches and museums, you can also enjoy the landscape from here you can visualize the modern city with its great buildings and at night you can enjoy the music, the joy of its people, the bars and restaurants provide their services to locals and foreigners. If you have the opportunity to travel to Panama, you cannot miss visiting the Panama Canal and the old town, the sites with the greatest tourist development in the country.
Oliver was excellent at describing the history of Panama and of the canal, and answered all our questions about Panama. He was a very good driver and did not rush us. Unfortunately there was no parking in the Casco Viego so we only walked the Herrera plaza and saw what we could as we drove by. Also the access to the Amador causeway was blocked so we didn't go there as planned. The Miraflores visitor center Imax movie was good but other parts of the museum were closed.
Juan was amazing tour guide and very informative. He was able to answer all of questions in English. We learned so much about the Panamá Canal and the city.
Had a great time today & wanted to say we would urge anyone interested to go with Monkey Adventure Tours for their Panama vacation. Great tour guide today, Alcy was very knowledgeable, thoughtful & kind. Appreciate all your hard work & may you have continued success in your business! Such great insight!
Our tour guide Juan was terrific, once we left the canal and headed towards Old Town it started pouring. Juan provided my sister and me with ponchos and still took his time walking around with us. He was knowledgeable and kind and made the tour a memorable experience.
It was a great time overall. Our taxi driver was amazing. At the canal however, was confusing initially. There was no one guiding us where to go or what to do. But we figured it out. The visits to the historic sites were great. We got some good pictures.
As we were only in Panama City for a few days on our way to Cuba we need to at least see the 3 main attractions that Panamais famous for. The main one for us was the Panama Canal. The bonus for us was Old Town of which we knew nothing about and the causeway too where we also stopped for a nice lunch. The tour was booked for us via our hotel reception and came highly recommended by them. Pick up was on time and the bus size was for about 12 people. As it turned out there were only another 3 people on the tour with us so it was an easy group for the guide to lead through the various sites. Although his English wasn't great it was good enough to get the basic info across. The locations we visited were well set up and our guide gave us some info on them prior to arriving. He also gave us simple guidelines to follow as to times and meeting points to meet up to head onto our next stop when were given free time at an attraction such as the Miraflores Loch of the Panama Canal. I won't say much about the attractions in this review as the attractions have seperate reviews specific to them. Before leaving each attraction he makes sure we are all accounted for and have all our belongings with us. The next stop was Old town were we givena nice guided walking tour with some intresting info and then to round off the tour we went along the causeway where we taken to a nice open air resteraunt serving local food on the causeway with great views of the marina. From here we were then taken back to our hotels arriving back in the late afternoon. Worth doing if time in Panama is limited and you are happy to see onlt the part of the canal.
Thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the canal, city and causeway. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!
Very bad. Bad time management. Wasted time watching issues of less interest and almost no time left for the channel. It complained and said that the fault was the agency that should have taken a specific tour to the channel because that the channel was just that the time available. The agency that booked, once and for all, said that it had never thought that the Panama Canal would be treated like this as something so secondary and that it would endeavour to never make a reservation with this class again. He couldn't even see a boat pass through the enclosure because he had to run out. Moreover, part of the race was because they needed to drop a specific person from the group on a panoramic flight.
Excellent Tour with professional attention and masterful explanation of the places visited and their history from Mr. Juan Carlos Valdes who served us as a Guide.
Hermoso lugar con una inolvidable experiencia en el Canal De Panama donde nos llevo nuestro guía dandonos valiosa información.
When we arrived at the Miraflores Locks, all the boats had already passed, so our guide moved us to Pedro Miguel Locks. There my mother-in-law could see the boats. Later we returned to the museum, where we were charmed by the Mirador. From there was the walking tour in Casco Viejo. The architecture is nice, but the streets are very tight and not so comfortable to walk. We were in wet weather, so in theory it wasn’t that hot (I can’t imagine in dry weather). There were several souvenier and craft shops. We ended up strolling along the Amador Causeway, and taking a photo with the letters "Panama" on the last island. Although we traveled with our young daughter (year and a half), I would not recommend it as she got tired and had to be carrying her (a car would not have been possible, either). That does not detract from the work of the guide, super friendly and knowledgeable of what he explained.
It is the best tour operator in Panama, I was almost a day in Panama City and the Monkey Adventure Staff made me the best tour I could have imagined, it was customized to my taste and time and the truth that I felt very comfortable. I recommend it for anyone who wants good Service, prepared staff and quality care.
The tour with Alejandro was a success. I pick myself up at my hotel, and we go to divine places. I highly recommend if you want to visit Panama ;
