Stephan was a great guide. We biked through many parts of the city and he explained various landmarks. There was time to take photos. We biked across the bridge into Panama City using the awesome bike path. My only complaint was it was a bit difficult to find. There is a small sign outside the entrance but our reservation didn’t match the name. Also we got there early and the shop was closed so it would be helpful if the shop posted hours.

A very enjoyable ride! Stefán and Fanny showed me all around Casco Viejo, with explanations at the important sites. Then we rode the Cinta Costera bike lane on the loop across the ocean in front of Casco Viejo, and down the Cinta Costera boardwalk down to the skyscrapers, then back again. Plenty of brrezes and photo ops!

Walking through these historic streets, seeing the architecture, hearing the stories, and experiencing the culture firsthand has been such a beautiful reminder of how much history lives in the places we visit. An enjoyable ride with a friendly and well-informed guide. The stop at the fish market was a bit longer than expected, but not unpleasant. Was happy to sample the ceviche.

This bike tour around Casco Viejo was amazing. Stefan was an exceptional tour guide, and he was willing to continue the tour with me even with the heavy rainfall that started a few minutes into the trip. A smooth 7-mile ride through several parts of town was just what I needed on my trip here to Panama City. If you're into history, bikes, and good vibes, I highly recommend the tour.

We booked a tour with this company, but unfortunately no one showed up at the meeting point. After contacting them, we were told we would receive a refund. However, despite being told that the refund had already been processed, we ended up waiting 14 days to actually receive it. If we hadn’t kept following up ourselves, we honestly don’t believe the refund would have been completed. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the guide. We simply asked a question about the length of the tour, and instead of receiving a professional answer, he was incredibly rude. He told us to leave the country and made several other disrespectful remarks. This is completely unacceptable, especially towards tourists who had already experienced problems with the company. This was our first bad experience in Panama, which is very disappointing because everyone else we have met has been friendly and welcoming. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. A company should take responsibility when things go wrong and always treat its customers with respect. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts.

Great tour for first time visitors to experience a bit of Panama City, especially the Casco Viejo area. Route is mostly flat and easy for riders of all abilities. Our guide, Stefan, was friendly and knowledgeable. Bikes are basic but in good condition.

Stephen was a wonderful leader and Guide of the bike ride. Very relaxing tour with great information and a wonderful way to see the city. Bikes were fine. Helmets were provided. I think as long as you are familiar with geared bikes, and are of average fitness, this is a great way to spend the morning. I am in my 70s and my granddaughter was 13 and we have no trouble.

Stefan was a phenomenal guide! His insight, perspective, and knowledge was refreshing and memory making! We booked this tour last minute and it was amazing in large part because of Stefan. Bike tour was fun and very informative. Learnt a lot and got some exercise while enjoying the tour. Biking was at a good pace not too fast or too slow. Mostly flat with one small hill. Would recommend this tour gor sure.

Fantastic and informative. Stephan our guide was interesting and very knowledgeable especially given the fact that he is from Germany. Lol He knew all of the history, landmarks, and some good stories regarding the area. Definitely recommend this group.

Biking around Casco Viejo was an amazing way to learn the history and see the sites. They provide you with a bike, a bottle of water, and multiple stops for a quick rest and historical conversation. You also get plenty of opportunities for capturing great photographs. Stefan was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and kind. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Panama City to take this bike tour!

My bike malfunctioned- and the chain fell off. Disclaimer: I’m not an experienced rider and the host/ guide only became attentive (after the group said to him- go back for her-she is struggling). When I caught up with them, they were explaining that they had to tell him to go back. If you haven’t ridden a bike- this will be hard for you, the riding over the hills; the distance it was HARD! Not recommended for beginners.
