Francisco s a really kind and knowledable guide. The tour was done at a good pace so we had time at each stop. It was a great combination of both walking and driving through the city.

Started off a little shaky due to pickup time mix up, but Oscar came through and started dropping his tour knowledge on me. Very professional and Awesome Tour Guide. Ask for Oscar!!

Francisco was waiting for us with a sign at the airport, so there was no problem at all meeting him. We went first to the Old City (where we did a little walking tour and then stopped for a traditional Panamanian lunch), then to the Panama Canal, and finally to the Panama sign out on the Amador Causeway. Throughout, Francisco did a great job giving us history and answering our questions. We really appreciated that he never seemed to be rushing us, and we also appreciated his tips at the canal. We weren't sure whether to watch the movie first or go to the viewing deck first, and he advised going to the viewing deck because there was a vessel that was about to pass through. Seeing the vessel pass through the lock was amazing!

Marriott is very good guider, he told us a lot about Panama and the canal. We learned a lot about Panama, and the canal, liked it very much. His job is well done.

I am a bit dissapointed, it was supposed to be the city and panama canal tour. 1 day before the tour, the company whats app me and told me that to do the canal tour there was an additional fee. My group decided not to pay the additional fee, so we didn't get a proper canal tour. But the guide did a great job on the city tour

Great overview of few Panama City highlights: historical village, Miraflores locks, Amador causeway and Casco Viejo, which we swapped for longer trip to Amador. Very personable and knowledgeable guide made this tour a pleasure. Great lunch at the tip of Amador Causeway close to the brand new cruise terminal. Highly recommended tour as an introduction to the city.

Francisco is courteous, knowledgeable, and speaks very good English. He answered our historical questions in both Casco Viejo and at the Canal site. He was helpful and a great guide. We really enjoyed the tour, so we booked another one!

We were picked up on time with nice communication. The car was small and older. Definitely more of a taxi experience with some tour explanations.

Francisco was our personal tour guide for the day. We couldn't ask for a better one. Francisco was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. He took us to all the hot spots where the tourists go for all the great photo ops, and shopping spots. I would definitely recommend booking him for a tour if you are ever in the area or disembarking from a cruise ship to sight see. He's the best.

Our guide was Rigoberto. He was very pleasant, but his English was extremely limited. He drove us all over the city and showed us many things, but he did not give us information or what we consider a tour. He simply gave us a taxi ride, in his taxi, with little conversation, even though we specifically asked for an English speaking tour guide. I wouldn’t spend the money for this again.

This tour was money well spend. Francisco was the best tour guide I could ever asked for. He was very detailed and patient and have great knowledge about the history and areas we visited. I would definitely be coming back to Panama soon and I’ll do this over again. It was amazing.

This private tour started started out great but I was disappointed that I didn't get to watch the 45min movie abt Panama and be a part of the boat experience at one of the spots because we were late. By the time we arrived, that tour had already gone and I was told that I had to come back at 2pm for the next one. My private tour guide tried to make up for it by taking me to other locations to take pictures. At the end, it was an ok tour but my suggestion is for the driver to know when the boat tours are scheduled for so that the persons on the tour don't miss it and miss out on that experience. After all, it is being offered as part of the private tour experience.

Excellent Transfer Service to and from Panama airports. Both Tucumen and Gelabert. And visits to the Old Town and the Canal. With good recommendations and interesting information. They also took us with accurate data to the Colón free zone. So we felt safe and with great kindness to make the crossings very friendly.

Great experience! A very complete tour. We had to see the Panama Canal in operation, the old town of the city and the unrivalled view of the city from the Amador Causeway. Ávaro attended us wonderfully and was very professional in his service. Fully recommended if you have a long stopover in Panama.

Excellent service from Ruben and Francisco. A friend recommended I contact Ruben and the communication was very good and clear. I had an 8-hour stopover in Panama and Ruben squared everything for Francis to pick me up and show me the historic center and the canal. Francis was an excellent guide and showed me the most important places in the historic center. He also recommended a very good restaurant where I ate an exquisite fish. Then we went to the canal and we could see everything. It was a pleasant experience and I hope to come back next year to spend several days and visit several of the places Francis recommended. I recommend the company. They are very responsible, flexible and know what they do.

We arrived before the agreed time and our guide was already there. The modern and clean car. On the way to the canal he showed us different points of Panama. We visited the canal, beautiful, then we went to the part of the waterfront, always giving us time to walk around and take photos. We went to the old town, he also allowed us to tour, told us about the history and we entered several points of interest.
