I always like to do a city tour first thing when I travel. My adult daughters and I booked this tour for the day after we arrived in Panama. From booking to pickup Chris was in communication with me. Our tour was only 5 people which was great. Chris was a fountain of information. Super friendly. Answered all my questions. Best photographer ever. The tour is great. We got to stop at several places. One of my favorites was the monument built to recognize the Chinese people in Panama because I hadn’t seen anything about it in my research. We also got to tour a government building by chance. A woman gave him a flyer about it being open while we were walking around and off we went. It was an unexpected addition to our tour. He translated the tour guide for us. I loved that he added it on the spot. It lengthened our tour but was a great addition. There are so many Panamá canal & city tours but you won’t regret booking with Chris.

Chris was an outstanding guide. My wife has mobility issues and requires a mobile wheelchair. He was extremely patient and helpful in loading and unloading her chair and very considerate in ensuring her access to all stops. His knowledge of the history and culture of Panama was encyclopedic and he made the entire tour extremely enjoyable and instructional. We enjoyed this tour immensely. Our day started with the Miraflores locks and we literally could have stayed there all day. Our guide patiently answered all of the questions our kids had. Unfortunately after we left the canal area a torrential rain shower came through. We couldn’t get out to walk around but the guide still drove us to (or by) everything else and gave very thorough descriptions and stories. We enjoyed it despite losing out on ⅔ of the stops.

This is a great tour, and Chris is a great guide with historical knowledge of the area. There were opportunities to take many pictures. I would go on a tour with Chris again.

Chris was an excellent guide. Gave us lots of information along the way. Honest, trustworthy, and always made us feel comfortable. Liked him so much that we booked a private tour for the next day. Husband was in the army in Panama from 1979-1981. Chris drove us all around to help my husband relive his past. Took us wherever he wanted to go. Pointed out lots of other things as well. We finished that tour with lunch at Napolis in Casa Viejo. Same place he went to 43 years ago!! Talked to the owner there and enjoyed clams and pizza. Just like it used to be!!! Would definitely recommend Chris as your tour guide!!

Chris was a considerate person. He made sure to make it on time to see an actual boat passing the canal. He even got my group to skip the line to get into the canal visitor center to see the boat on time. Great tour.

My tour guide Christian is knowledgeable of what he is doing. He explain the attractions very well in understandable manner. He is professional and helpful. This tour I will recommend to my friends and family.

They ended up messaging me the night prior and telling me that they were going to charge me $40 additional to pick me up from Playa Bonita. I expected some but not $40, which is almost 67% the price of the ticket. I did 2 other tours that week and one tour charged me an extra $10. Reasonable. When i told them that's not okay with me and I'd rather just cancel because nowhere was the $40 was advertised prior to the booking, they said I had a bad attitude. They sent me a screenshot where they said there will be an extra charge if picked up from playa bonita but nowhere in any of their small print did it say it was more than half the price of ticket for the tour.

Would highly recommend Chris Tour for any tour around Panama City, We had a private tour as no one else booked for the day. Chris was easy to contact, responsive to questions ahead of time. He was punctual and gave us a great history lesson about his city. The Panama Canal experience was made better as he knew where to stand, when to move around, how to skip the line. He took us to all the highlights of the town in our 1/2 day tour as well. And he capped it off with a delicious lunch at the fish market, recommending what to order. Overall I would recommend booking Chris without hesitation.

This was an excellent tour and Chris was an exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant tour guide. I was in Panama on business and only had a few hours to see some sights before a Saturday evening flight home. This tour was jam packed with Panama City highlights and Chris did a wonderful job guiding our small group and answering any questions we had.

Canal was interesting. IMAX movie about the Canal was much better than I thought it would be. Very good. Chris our guide was most helpful and very informative.

By my arrival in Panama City I was informed, that the touroperatørChris had to cancel the tour next day. But later the samme evning, the manager of the company (chris himself) called me and told, that the tour next morning would be going as scheduled. As we only were 3 people to take part in the tour, Chris was driving us around in his own car to all the sights, we should have visited by bus. So we had a wonderful tour. and visited all the sights as planned thanks to Chris.

My 83yo dad and I went on this tour. Our guide Chris communicated well about our pickup time which was right from our hotel. Small group size of 8 made it easy to get in and out of where we were going. Chris was a great driver in this crazy city driving! We loved everything about this adventure and will recommend to everyone! We had a great meal at the fish market our last stop. He knew when the ships were coming in and got us to the visitors center promptly when they opened.

I am so glad I took this tour with Chris. The Panama Canal was the main reason for my trip to PTY, and Chris had promised that we would see a ship going through the locks, which we did. A marvelous feat of engineering. The IMAX movie was also great. We saw Casco Viejo, the Amador Causeway, the Bridge of the Americas, and various other important and beautiful buildings. We stopped often and could get out of the car, take photos, and go inside churches. We also stopped at a nice souvenir place where I bought an authentic Panama hat much cheaper than in more touristy areas. Before the tour ended, we had lunch at the Seafood Market--a perfect finale to our tour! Thank you to Chris for being so engaging and so well-informed on the history of this beautiful country.

Chris was an amazing guide to some amazing sites. He is personable, knowledgeable, and very flexible. The canal was stunning, but going with Chris made is so enjoyable.

Chris provided us with a great overview of the city both Old Town and the new parts along with canal history and related structures. Very interesting and engaging conversations ensued. He's got a great sense of humor and it made for such a fun day. The lunch at the end of the tour in the fish market was superb and thoroughly enjoyable.

With only a day spare in Panama City, I’m so glad I took this trip and managed to see the main sites of Panama. I liked the fact that it was a small group so it felt nice and personalised. Loved the Canal viewing and the trip to the famous fish market where we enjoyed a great lunch. A super end to the trip. Only negative was that I was told to wait at the lobby of my hotel at 7.10am but wasn’t picked up till 7.45 due to some internal miscommunication. Chris the driver and guide was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.! Thank you !
