Alex is a perfect gentleman, a knowledgeable tour guide. He's quite accommodating and took care of our tickets to the canal until we got there. He is very patient, understanding and goes the extra mile to ensure that his clients have an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting panama. The booking experience was very easy and professional. Payment was also simple and safe. Our tour guide showed up on time and took us around Panama city and to the Panama Canal. He was a very good and patient driver. He was not super chatty but provided timely information and answered any questions we had. I feel like it was a good value and I am glad we chose this private tour.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience touring Panama with Alex. The tour included the Panama Canal, the Amador Causeway, and Casco Viejo, and it was informative, relaxed, and very enjoyable. Alex was friendly, funny, and extremely accommodating throughout the day. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was and how excellent his English is, which made everything easy and engaging. He also made a real effort to connect with our son, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed the experience so much that we booked the Monkey Tour with him as well. Alex was awesome! He picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel the evening we got to Panama City. The next day he took us on a city tour and to the Panama Canal Visitor Center. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and speaks English extremely well! We also had him take us the following day to Monkey Island and the Aerial Tram. We really enjoyed the Monkey Island part of it, in particular. He and the boat driver worked hard to get the monkeys to come down from the tree tops and they even ate from our hands! Alex was then able to drive us to the Cruise ship port. I highly recommend using Alex as a tour guide when visiting Panama City.

We booked this half day city/canal tour with Alexander last minute, with that being said Alex was quick to reach out to coordinate all the necessary details before hand. We didn’t know what to expect, with this being our first time in Panama & since we were only going to be in the country for a 10 hour layover, this tour definitely exceeded our expectations! Alex was an excellent tour guide, his friendliness, charisma, knowledge, and helpful photography skills were all outstanding factors during our time in Panama. Definitely was worth it, we got to see all the most important sights and left us wanting to come back because we learned that there is far much more Panama has to offer. Alex was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. During our week stay, we used Alex a couple of times to get us to airports, hotels, and into Casco Viejo. His communication was excellent and we enjoyed learning about Panama from him.

If you are looking for a tour guide that is bilingual, knowledgeable, patient, and a great navigator, then Alex is your man! Before arriving to our destination, we communicated by text regularly to make sure that he would be at the airport waiting for us at our arrival time. Of course, he was. Being truly bilingual (English/Spanish) was truly an asset. Also, his knowledge of Panama's history was exceptional. You could ask him anything, and he was able to answer it. He is very patient, and is also a very good, and safe driver, which is necessary n Panama. We were transported in an airconditioned, large, comfortable van. There is no need to 'shop' for a tour guide. Alex is 'one stop shopping '!

If you’re looking for a tour guide that speaks English & is knowledgeable about Panama, Alex is your guy!! He is personable, patient, kind, as well as punctual. Our trip was a mini-family reunion. Our son wanted our trip to be special for us & he couldn’t have chosen a better tour guide than Alex. Having only a picture to go by & 70 yrs. later, Alex was able to find the church that the family attended as well as the place where the family lived in Colon. On recommendation of sister in law we engaged Alex for a tour of Panama City prior to our cruise and he exceeded our expectations. I had 'invited' via chats others from our cruise group and Alex organized everything. Beginning with prompt picks, continual communications prior to arrival, we all had a very enjoyable day and saw much of Panama City highlights. We seemed to be a step ahead when our cruise began the Canal transit. As a bonus to us, we engaged Alex to pick us up at the airport as well as take us to the ship all of which was on time and prompt. He even created our own group 'chat' over the weekend so we were all informed. I highly recommend his services in and around Panama City. He knows the area and speaks excellent English.

We did the Monkey Island tour and the Panama City tour with Alex. He was the best tour guide. He gave us so much history and information about Panamá, the canal and the city. He spoke perfect English and was super kind and friendly. He and the boating guide he used made extra effort to assure that we saw four kinds of monkeys as well as a crocodile. He educated us on the food and the culture. He allowed time in each place for us to take pics and shop. He was always so helpful and catered to our needs. Would highly recommend him.

We wanted to spend a half day in Panama City and Alex was a wonderful tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about and proud of his city and country, he blended some of his place and history highlights with some specific places we wanted to visit. Alex was prompt with pick-up. He was very knowledgeable with Panama history and culture. He was flexible: tour included Panama canal tour, but we'd been to Canal, so he took us to old Panama and old town. He was flexible offering next day activities/tours. Suggestion for ALL private tour providers - have / offer water or a beer for your tour clientele.

I just didn’t feel this tour was value for money. Original tour details included tour of the old city but that didn’t happen. Granted our driver was pleasant/enthusiastic about taking our pictures which was nice BUT I truly didn’t feel this was a worthy tour. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Would just take an Uber to the sites and go from there. Hate to leave a lukewarm review but this needs to be better. Thanks

Alex was a wonderful tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, and made the tour so much fun. We had a great time on our tour. We went to the Ruins, Canal, and old city. He even recommended a great dinner location in the old city. We ate dinner and called him on Whatsapp, he had a friend pick us up and take us back to our hotel.
