Maria was absolutely wonderful! She was so gracious and took her time explaining everything. Her genuine love for the coffee and chocolate really shines through. I went in knowing very little about Geisha coffee, and I left understanding why it is so famous and sought after. Maria explained its history so well that I can actually tell people what Geisha coffee is now. And it paired beautifully with the chocolates, which were AMAZING. The pairing was a highlight of my trip to Panama City. I ended up buying several bars and put together two small customized boxes, one for myself and one for a friend. Maria made me feel so welcome the whole time. I went on my own by Uber and felt completely safe and comfortable. If you are thinking about doing this experience, do not hesitate. Just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing time! We learned a lot about the making of the chocolate and coffee and got to taste some and it was so delicious. I’m not a big coffee person so it was kinda bitter to me but with the chocolate it was still very good. Both the ladies working were so nice (and have great english if your spanish is lacking haha) and Maria was a gera teacher so funny and kind! Highly recommend!

Fortunate to end up with a "solo tour". Our host was extremely knowledgeable, you could tell she was passionate about the coffee and history behind it. This activity was a perfect activity to kickstart my day. The chocolates were wonderful and the information provided made me appreciate my morning coffee even more. I enjoyed the time spent at the café, and it really had a personal feel to it, I was able to comfortably laugh and joke and ask questions. I really am so happy that I chose this activity and I highly recommend any coffee lovers or chocolate lovers to try and if you’re not, try it anyway, because it was more than just coffee and Panamá or chocolate and Panamá it was understanding the process of art behind these delicious things

I love coffee and chocolate and this experience was more than worth it. The host was knowledgeable about both cocoa and coffee from plants to the finished product. Maria, the host was very friendly and personable. The setting was intimate. I learned so much about cacao geisha, coffee and history of both. I ended up purchasing tons of chocolate to bring home. I would highly recommend this very educational and a great experience.

I wanted to try the Geisha coffee, but learned so much more ! Maria was fantastic 👏🏾This tour was intimate very fulfilling. I was educated on the history of the cacao and coffee. I walked away with an understanding the process for both including the uniqueness of Geisha coffee. While I enjoyed the coffee the true star for me , unexpectedly was the chocolate 🍫 the quality and variety are outstanding!!! I walked away with a box and asking if they ship lol. Don’t walk, run to this tour.

The shop was intimate and the owner/staff were super welcoming! This set the tone for us to learn about Cacoa beans- the history, the agriculture, the processing, and the cost! Once we had a thorough understanding, the team prepared Geisha coffee - delicious! To top off the experience, we added in the chocolates for the pairing and tasting. Each chocolate added another note to the coffee and it was perfection! Everything was so good that each of my friends took home their own personal collection. I would definitely return if in Panama again!

It was a very interesting experience learning about the geisha coffee comparing with chocolate. My only complaint is that our tasting started a half an hour late and almost making it late for our next excursion.

This was my first stop on a day tour of flavor. I learned about the making of chocolate and coffee. Not only did I try high quality coffee, I had the opportunity to taste perfection infused in chocolate. The different flavors of ganache accompanied by natural artistic chocolate coverings. I was impressed with the taste , variety of flavors and creativity in the design of each chocolate flavor. And the ladies running the store and experience were so knowledgeable and welcoming. I may have to make another trip to Panama just to buy more chocolate bites of greatness.

Was a great experience and super informative. In a cute little chocolate shop and hostess was very informative. We bought all of the truffles to take home and a small sampling was given with the coffee. Small intimate space perfect for couples.

This was a short but very sweet activity. It lasted about an hr, but the time was very well spent. I flew in solo for the tasting and no other had signed up at the same time. Therefore, I got personal 1 on 1 attention from the host Maria. I was taught the difference in types of coffee and some history and saw the difference between regular coffee and the special Geisha coffee. Very nice and not for the Keurig user. With this coffee was paired chocolates made by the shop. Amazing chocolates. And the pairing was perfect. All in all a must try event.

A very tasty experience and also very interesting with a lot of information about cacao, the manufacturing of chocolate, the preparation of Gheisa coffee. A very nice ambiance, we really enjoyed!
