Full Day In San Blas, Panama

WORST EXPERIENCE, DONT BOOK THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO YOU FOR ANYTHING. RUINED OUR WEEKEND PLANNED AROUND THIS DON’T BOOK THIS, AFTERWARDS WE CHECKED GOOGLE REVIEWS AND ITS FULL OF BAD COMMENTS IT WAS OUR MISTAKE TO TRUST THIS WEBSITE FULLY.

We spent two great days in the San Blas Islands thanks to Reny and the San Blas Wild Pty. We were originally supposed to stay at the Icodub island, however upon arrival it was not up to our expectations as we had been to San Blas before and had an amazing experience. Shortly after our arrival we messaged Reny and expressed our concerns. Reny and the whole team were incredibly professional, understanding and supportive throughout the entire process and immediately began searching for a new island for us to stay at. Within a couple of hours he was able to secure us a new spot on Isla Diablo, coincidently where we had stayed last time! It was great and once again we enjoyed ourselves! If you are looking for a reliable company to plan a peaceful and memorable getaway, do not hesitate for a second to go with Reny and his team! The cabin albeit rustic as we wanted, was very clean, with a private bathroom and a great ocean view. Thanks again and we will be back one day!

Absolutely amazing boat tour in San Blas! Everything was very well organized from the start. The van was perfectly on time, which already made a great first impression. When we arrived we were welcomed by the team, everyone was friendly and attentive. The boat tour itself was incredible, with some of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen. The crystal-clear water and stunning islands were truly breathtaking. The food was also really good and local. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in San Blas!

We had a one-night stay on Icodub Island and a tour the next day. It was our first time in Panama, so it wasn’t very clear what to choose in San Blas. The tour operator recommended Icodub Island, and it exceeded our family’s expectations—it was exactly what we wanted. Everything went smoothly with the tour: pickup, drop-off, guide services, drivers, and more. Communication with San Blas Wild was fast and accurate. We received all the answers via WhatsApp within minutes. We would 100% recommend this company. All the best!

We had such an amazing time. The journey to the destination is long but it was totally worth it. The water is absolutely beautiful and the lunch was tasty. We had the opportunity to swim on a sunken island the middle of the sea which was the best part of the excursion for us.

I booked a tour with the San Blas wild through viator and the viator rep mislead me stating the tour will be done by 4pm to arrive in Panama City. San Blas wild quickly reached out via WhatsApp and explained we will end in San Blas at 4pm but not arrive in Panama until 6-7 thus I would not make my 6:30 flight. They cancelled the tour for me through viator given me a full refund. Seeing that I was disappointed they offered me a solution, a private tour for a little more but ensuring I would get done by 2pm to arrive in Panama by 4 pm to catch flight. San Blas wild your director advised me my now private driver and his info.. shortly after My driver Jake texted me the afternoon before letting me know his name car and color of the car he would be driving plus a pick up drop off from my own origination. Jake arrived on time and let us know this was now a private tour and the 4x4 was for me and my wife only! After a few hour drive we arrived to great another private canoe.. tour operator was super friendly and took us to the Guna villages to explain heritage.. after, we arrived in dog island to stay for 3 hours (along the way our private guide explained why there were 49 islands and what dog island represents) after the 3 hour stay we headed over to nature pool for 45 mins (guide explained that this was once a island but went under water) then we arrived at nabu (I believe that’s the name) island for lunch (food was great, guide even gave us extra chicken as we though we would get octopus and chicken but it was one or the other) and another unique beach experience where we seen that you can fly in and stay at this particular island like a resort after we left to head back to San Blas we’re Jake was there on time waiting for us to take us directly back to our origination port. 10 out of 10 recommend private tour !

Booked days in advance and received confirmation. I arrved at the there selected pick up area at 4:45 am, the pick up window starts at 5 am. After waiting until 5:30 am I decided to call with no answer twice. At 5:35 am one there guide arrived.to my shock I was not on his list. He had one tour guide from another company that spoke better English talk to me. This tried reached out to them since he knew staff at San Blas. All he could tell me was guide maybe running late. Finally had to reach out to TripAdvisor who I booked through. The agent try to reach out to them with the same result. The agent started the refund process. Unprofessional from my experience, I said that as someone who has traveled through North America, Asia, Europe and Caribbean.

We booked this tour one month ahead and even received updates from trip advisor to confirm our tour sadly the tour company was a complete failure. They never showed up to get us and when we contacted them they couldn’t figure out a way to get us. We spent extra money to arrive early in Panamá to take this tour before our cruise. The tour company just kept asking for us to take the tour on another day. 😒😒😒😒. They even stated they do not do business with Trip advisor or Avitor but they are listed on their websites.

The tour started at 5 am and the driver picked us up promptly. We drove for a few hours on a very bumpy road until we arrived at the shore. Then we took a boat for another 45 minutes to one of the islands. So far no issues. My main issue and concern is that this tour is not delivered as advertised in the description. You are basically paying for a transportation and a small meal. Nothing else. There was no interaction with the Kunas, there was no snorkeling, and there was no guided tour. We were dropped off on a first tiny island where we swam a bit, walked around and then waited 90 minutes for a cold meal. Then we were taken to another island where we walked around for a couple of hours. I was hoping for more interaction and information on the kuna people, and the snorkeling activities they advertised.

The boat transfer wasn’t the greatest experience. We were constantly splashed with water 90% of the ride. We arrived completely drenched in water. Perhaps a canoe boat is not suitable. The San Blas island is extremely overrated in my opinion. There isn’t much there. You’ll need to bring everything you want and will use, like chairs, games, etc. The snorkel gear isn’t included as stated here and even worst they don’t even take you to a place where you’re likely to see marine life. I saw people snorkeling at the shallow end of the beach where everyone else was swimming or standing. I’ve experienced this type of activity in Cartagena and San Blas pales in comparison in regards to everything I’ve mentioned. If you want an okay beach escape then sure but if you’ll looking for some picturesque island then it’s hard pass.

They never showed up!!!!! I booked this tour for me and my daughter I was I constant text 3 days prior to my tour on 1/2/2021 . Pick up was supposed to be at 5am by 5:25am I contacted the company who at 5:30am told me that their driver is not going to come because he got into an accident so , when was someone going to tell me that they weren’t coming? This was my last day in Panama and it was ruined by this company please don’t waste your time or money, book a tour with a diff ent company that is reliable and honest

We spent 8 nights with San Blas Wild with my husband: we stayed on Isla Aroma (Asseryaladub) and on Isla Aguja (Icodub), and we would go back tomorrow. Many say that Guna Yala is a destination for one or two nights. We would stay for a whole month without hesitation. The place forces you to disconnect and focus on the present, on resting and slowing down. The excursions are excellent. One day they gave us the chance to choose the destination and we went back to one of the islands we had already visited, because we had loved it. The cabins are exactly like the photos, no surprises. My husband is vegetarian and they made sure to find alternatives for him at every meal. The beaches are a paradise. And the people were another major highlight: Remy, Basiliano, José, and Edilsa, kind at all times. The same on every island, from the receptionist to the lady who sells the molas. I was delighted with them and with the place. We want to return no matter what. 100/10.

One of the most beautiful places I have visited. It made us want to stay many more days because, in addition to its incredible landscapes, crystal-clear water, and beautiful corals, each of the people we met made us feel at home. Everyone knew who we were without even asking our names, which demonstrates the great organization and the warmth with which they welcome those who arrive. We learned a bit of their language and culture, explored a sunken ship, and enjoyed delicious meals. Without a doubt, a place that will remain in our memories forever 💙

We really enjoyed the tour with San Blas Wild. The islands are amazing and going with a local guide is essential to not only take the place, but also a little knowledge and local culture. We will be back, but staying at least two nights, the place has a lot to offer!

Unfortunately, the hotel's departure time was not even on the ticket and we couldn't get it either with Vaiator or the agent. We arrived at the place of departure with proposed time based on the indication of others who made the tour, even with several attempts to contact by messages.

Visiting the islands of San Blas was simply spectacular. White sand beaches, turquoise sea and a constant feeling of being in paradise. The whole tour was very well organized and allowed to enjoy the natural essence of the islands. Important recommendations: carry plenty of sunblock, drinking water and, if you can, your own snorkeling equipment to make the most of the sea.It is also key to keep in mind that one gets wet virtually all the time, so it is essential to protect well the suitcase or carry waterproof bag.

Our experience was quite disappointing in terms of organization. To begin with, the transport was not punctual: we were kept waiting about 25 minutes at 5 a.m. for them to come and pick us up. In addition, we had hired two nights in Icodub Island and, to our surprise, we were taken to Diablo Island, a very crowded island that was not the one we had chosen to sleep on. We only spent one night there, which already completely altered our plan. Over the next few days, the tours also did not match what we had initially hired. It is true that in the end some ended up being even better than expected, and it is appreciated that they tried to fix it, but the big problem was that I had to constantly keep an eye on the phone, managing changes and claims, without being able to disconnect or enjoy the trip as I expected. San Blas is an amazing place, but with better planning and fulfilling what was promised, the experience would have been very different.

Our experience on the tour was excellent, the food very good and everything was very well organized. Mr. Augustine was very punctual, as well as being an excellent driver, at all times made us feel safe. Eiza was very friendly, attentive and friendly to everyone, always attentive to details, schedules and helping us with photos, which made the experience even more enjoyable and fun. We had an amazing day and even the weather was perfect☀️ Thank you very much for the service, fully recommended. We hope to return soon to stay!

I stayed 2 nights and they were a great experience, the attention of all your work transport from looking for you until you are picked up amazing.

The excursion to San Blas was amazing and very well organized. We were picked up early and the whole tour was smooth and punctual, both the trip overland and the boat ride to the island where we stayed. We spent the day enjoying beautiful beaches, ate fresh fish brought by local fishermen and visited one of the natural pools, with clear water and fish very close by. We also met Isla Diablo and then returned to the island to rest. The experience was beautiful, cared for in every detail and truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, something we would repeat again and that I recommend to anyone who visits Panama.

From the start we were treated very well to coordinate the tour are very friendly. The first island along with the natural pool were our favorites. Good food. Too bad we didn’t manage to do the snorkeling, we will hope that for the next one we will!!

I thought it was an incredible destination, they took us to 3 islands all with different things, the natural pool island was amazing, you get to see birds, starfish, pelicans among other things. SandBlasWildPTY I stopped by to pick up on time and very friendly and respectful people along the way the vehicle is super comfortable with air conditioning, certainly the best!!
