This was a great stop over experience. We were a family of 7 with a few young children. IFYKYK. Gabriel was our guide and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and agile with our itinerary. His attention to timeliness allowed us to decide what was best for our family and how we wanted to experience panama. Communication before and during the trip was easy. He also taught us much of the detailed history of Panama and avoided some long lines. Highly recommended.

The tour was excellent. The booking process and customer service was dreadful. It took several days and many emails back and forth. I nearly gave up several times. Problems with the software (only given 1 minute to book instead of 20 mins, discount code worked at first but then didn't work, customer service would not answer my questions and kept giving me the same information relentlessly but not what I needed, I asked for email of whoever was in charge to complain - they ignored that. I've booked with Viator before and had no problems. The other thing is most tours you can only book for 2 persons. Hard luck if you are a solo traveller.

What an incredible day exploring the Panama Canal, The Point, the old city and Amador! From start to finish, our tour guide Gabriel made the experience easy, fun, and completely stress-free. He confirmed our pickup time the day before and arrived right on time which is always a great way to start an excursion! He was bilingual in English and Spanish, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us so much interesting information about Panama’s history, the Canal, the economy, and the local area without making it feel like a history class. And when we said we wanted coconut water, he said, “Let’s go!” He made a stop so we could grab some, kept us hydrated with water, and was incredibly flexible throughout the day. He also knew the operating hours of local spots, which made planning our day so much easier. No guessing, no wasted time just good vibes and a well-planned adventure! Of course, we had to get the pictures! And our guide was more than happy to be our personal photographer throughout the day. He was patient, knew the good spots, and made sure we left with plenty of memories. And just when we thought the day was over, he dropped us off at the local fish market so we could grab a local bite before taking us home. Talk about ending the day the right way! The meal was so fresh. I would recommend this excursion if you are looking to see most of the city in a short time.

This tour was great, Gabriel was on time for our hotel pickup and communicated with us the night before to ensure that our tour was off to a smooth start. This experience was totally awesome. If you’re lucky enough to get Oscar as your tour guide you’re in for a great tour in, around, and all throughout. He was a wealth of knowledge of the area, the places to see, and wonderful places to eat. He took extra time if needed to make sure we were completely satisfied with each stop we made. Very personable, knew English very well so asking him questions wasn’t a problem, he knew the answers. He would also let you know about places that were not so good based on how he read our personality. We enjoyed every minute of our tour.oh yes, easy booking and lots of follow up regarding the booking with emails, text, etc.

Elena was wonderful! She picked us up at the cruise terminal exit and took us to all the sites and provided great information and history! The Miraflores visitors center was great. The Poin was super cool! I recommend doing the overlook/balcony. We then drove around the old town for awhile and got to see the amazing architecture and churches. She recommended an amazing restaurant for a late lunch nearby the ship! I would highly recommend this private tour with Elena!
