Overall the experience was definitely worth it! You had dinner and theater with a live interactive show for about 3 to 3.5 hours…….we partied! The performers were very talented to work within the space allotted, walking on ropes and hanging from the ceiling. The female M.C. (I can’t recall her name) was great, she felt the positive energy and vibes in the room and hyped it up even more. There was good food, drinks and music. Shout out to the D.J. he also read the room and kept us singing and dancing. We had a great time! Highly recommended

Our experience was AMAZING. We had a great time, the show was absolutely awesome and interactive. The host was the best EVER, she is trulya GEM. The staff very friendly and gave great advice on food and drink options. We were a large group celebrating my sister and her daughter birthday and the staff treated us like family. They gave them each a large birthday hat, and had the performers sing happy birthday to them.

We had an amazing experience at Emotions Restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the show was great and made the evening even more entertaining. A special mention goes to the manager, who was absolutely wonderful—very welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Great food, great entertainment, and outstanding hospitality. We had such a fun and memorable night and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience highly recommended and congratulations to all involved. I had a great time even though I was alone. Staff were all super friendly and amusing. From the moment you arrive there is a 5 star welcome and everything is explained clearly with attention to every detail. Then you are hit with such an energetic, non-stop, slick, sexy and interactive show with songs dances, circus and stunning video effects its breathtaking and very surprising to discover in Panama and in a Hilton Hotel! Excellent production values in a state of the art venue, surrounded by video walls and well produced sound and light scapes. A young, beautiful, tireless company of talented dancers, acrobatics and singers who keep going until midnight. And amazingly the show is free! You pay for what you drink and eat which was delicious and good value for money. The service at the table and from the bar was, fast, friendly and very attentive. Its not Cabaret like Las Vegas (as claimed in the publicity) but very personalised and different, a unique and enjoyable experience. The whole set up, and how you get there is a bit odd and the shows are a bit crazy, and I thought I'd hate it but I didn't. I'm going back and have already told my Panama friends to go. Everyone working there in every department are charming and professional. Great DJ and video projections. I recommend you try it out !

We visited Emotions Restaurant Theater & Sushi Bar on Thursday, July 16, and had a fantastic evening. The show was amazing, with incredibly talented dancers, acrobats, and singers. The host did a fabulous job of involving all the guests in a fun and entertaining way, without ever making anyone feel uncomfortable or singled out. We are from Norway, so we especially enjoyed her references to the FIFA World Cup and Norway’s impressive performance in the tournament. It made the experience feel even more personal and memorable for us. The food was very good, and the manager, Toro, had everything completely under control throughout the evening. We also felt that we received excellent value for money, both when it came to the food and the show. There was great music and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire evening. A truly entertaining and memorable experience that we would highly recommend!

The ambiance was very welcoming.The acts were mediocre and not too entertaining.The dinner was not very good but the server was very pleasant.The lady who was involved tried her best to include us in the entertainment.

Such a lovely evening at the Emotions Diner Theater at the Hilton Hotel! The performers, singers, dancers, and acrobats were spectacular. We really enjoyed the ambiance and colors. There are different 30 minute shows that start every hour, admission is based on food/drink consumption. The space was intimate and the staff were attentive. There was a mixture of couples, friends, small groups, and individuals in the audience. The drinks and desserts were great. There was vegan options. We are so happy we decided to visit the Emotions Theater to enjoy an unforgettable evening with great vibes, music, and pure talent from the performers. Be ready for crowd interaction, dancing, and singing. I am still singing "La Quiero a Morir" 4 days later! A huge shout out to the Emotions team for making our evening special with my fiancé :))) Super highly recommend taking in a dinner show during your time in Panama.

This was a very good experience. If you enjoy live music, dancing and good food this will not disappoint. The staff was great and the host ensured that she interacted with everyone. Wish I got to see the Michael Jackson show too.

Short show but excellent. The money you pay goes towards the food. So you get a free show. Diverse and worth booking. Food was good too.

Having it conveniently located right inside the Hilton made for a seamless night out, but the experience itself completely blew us away. The entertainment is truly next-level. The shows were fantastic from start to finish, featuring incredibly talented performers who bring so much energy and skill to the stage. It is a highly engaging, Vegas-style cabaret experience that keeps you captivated the entire time. Often at dinner theaters, the food takes a backseat to the performance, but that is definitely not the case here. The food was genuinely excellent—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. Paired with top-notch drinks and fantastic service, the dining experience easily held its own against any upscale restaurant in the city. It was the perfect blend of high-end dining and spectacular entertainment. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

We went to Emotions recommended by some friends, honestly it is much more than we expected, from the hostess, the manager Joel, and Albania excellent service, the show and the food were a great combination! We'll definitely be back.

We did the Michael Jackson experience, and it was excellent. We have tables around us with people returning from previous shows, even from the previous night! Very well done and entertaining. My wife went for sushi and tempura, and I had surf & turf. Both were tastefully prepared and excellent value... especially with my Viator credit that came with the ticket purchase!!

I attended the Michael Jackson show. It was AMAZING!!!! The host was wonderful, engaging and very funny. The performance was so great that I almost forgot to eat my dinner. I ordered the salmon with rice and vegetables. It was delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection. This is an experience that you shouldn't miss

The show was wonderful and Allan Watson was the best very professional we all love the place. Wish we could have been there for the Michael Jackson show tonight. The receptionist also did an excellent job.

This is a very entertaining evening activity. The service was friendly and welcoming as we arrived. The decor of the room is charming with the use of lights and photographs of Panamá. Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a reservation for two people to use as a gift for a friend. If they offered gift cards, I would have done that. But they don’t. So instead I picked a date, bought the tickets, and then was told less than an hour later by my friend that those dates wouldn’t work. I asked her what dates would work. She didn’t know. She’s a local though and had heard from other locals that their place is known for scamming and ripping off tourists. So she wasn’t sure if she wanted to go. She said to get a refund and in the meantime she would try to go to the theater to speak with the manager and see if it seemed trustworthy. If so, she said she would choose a date. I contacted their team to ask for the refund. They told me “sorry but our policy is no refunds”. I told them I understood that if I were cancelling the day before a show, but I was cancelling 3 weeks before the show and only an hour after buying the tickets. It took them 3 days before they finally responded with “no refund.” Extremely disappointed. Every great product, company, experience, that believes in what they are selling offers refunds, warranties, etc. Only shady companies that feel like they have to scam people refuse to give refunds. What a terrible business this is. It looks like my friend was right. Scammers just trying to take advantage of tourists. Trust the locals. They always know best. Avoid this place and their terrible customer service.

Visiting Panama for my husband’s birthday, we bought show tickets for $75 each and paid for dinner separately. Before our reservation, I messaged the restaurant on WhatsApp to request a birthday dessert. They were responsive, sent the dessert menu, and I confirmed my selection. When we arrived and were seated, the emcee asked if anyone was celebrating a birthday. I raised my hand and pointed to my husband. She responded, “You were late, so…” We were confused because our reservation was for 8:30 PM and we arrived before 8:45 PM. Throughout the evening, the emcee sang, danced, and celebrated other guests’ birthdays—but not my husband’s. I then asked our waiter for the birthday dessert. When it arrived, there was no candle. I tried to quietly clarify with the waiter, but he began explaining the “birthday surprise” in a way that involved my husband directly, which would have spoiled it, so I stopped him. At that point, my husband was confused and we considered leaving, but the waiter insisted we stay because they would acknowledge his birthday during the show. We stayed for the last 20 minutes, hoping they would correct the oversight, but again they celebrated other birthday guests and never acknowledged my husband. Afterward, I reached out again via WhatsApp to share my disappointment, but they were unresponsive. On top of everything, the food wasn’t great and took a long time to come out. Overall, this was a careless and disappointing way to handle a special occasion.

We went and seen the Michael Jackson show and it was amazing. Kids loved it, they got the crowed involved never a boring moment. We are definitely going again!

Had a great time at this event. Traveled with a friend. The dinner and drinks we GREAT! The BEST salmon I have ever had in my life!! It's in a perfect location. MC, live band and performance were all fantastic! Highly recommend this event for good eats and live music.

This was my first time going to the Emotions Restaurant. I came with a friend and my daughter to the J Anthony Brown Comedy Show. It was hilarious and we enjoyed every minute. The restaurant service and food were great. Diana was my contact person for tickets and reservations and she did an outstanding job accommodating my changes and requests. I will be coming back again for a show or a meal. Great Job🤗

The Theater is absolutely beautiful, being located in the Hilton. The service and hospitality staff were impeccable. I’m returning this weekend and it will remain on my list of the absolute best entertainment venues in Panama City.

It was my wife's birthday and thwy made it soecial for her. The entertainment and food was beyond expectations. We will be comimg back.

Traveled from the US to Cartagena then Panama to see my friend perform at this amazing venue. Met JP and the head chef. Was treated like family and more. Many entertainers performed. My wife and I had a fabulous experience at Emotions! The dancers and singers put on an amazing show! We particularly liked Tina Turner and Michael Jackson. :) The MC was extremely engaging and really got the crowd involved. She even encouraged the audience to take pics with the performers after the show. The food and drinks were exceptional--the passion fruit mezcal cocktail was my favorite! Our waitress was extremely attentive and friendly! The lighting throughout was amazing!! We'll definitely be returning next month when we are back in town!

A very good rapport between the price and the quality of the shows, food, service and entertainment. Actually they’re four different shows during the evening, starting at 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm with brakes between. Really an amazing experience.

Emotions Dinner Theater is an experience like none other. The food is delectable, an abundance of entertainment, service that would impress the toughest critic. The ambience is exquisite, creating small and large surprises. We won’t list them here, you need to experience them for yourselves. The atmosphere is so uniquely orchestrated each person leaves with a different emotional response. If you are mature you will be in love with everything. If you are young at heart you may just fall in love. One thing that is not questionable, you will want to return again…and again! If you are seeking love and happiness go emote at Emotions!

Really enjoyed the show. Very creative and entertaining. Dinner was wonderful . We had the shrimp, steaks, apple pie and cheesecake. Everything tasted excellent perfectly seasoned. We went on a Wednesday. Wasn't a big crowd but performance was A1. Different setups to take lovely pictures.

The food and cocktails were excellent and the space is intimate and ideal for a viewing. The amenities ie bathroom was also very nice. The performances were lack luster and it was frustrating that the performers took such long breaks following modest performances. It was also odd that the signature cocktail, Emotions, is no longer served.

This was such a fabulous place! The entertainment, food and service are all superior! The staff take such good care of you and it's the perfect place to bring out of town friends or just for a special evening out.

We went as a group of friends for Valentine's Day, it was the first time we visited the place,and it was very well decorated, the lights, the screens, the food... Everything was awesome . They served us super fast even the place was full. The shows were really good. But the service... 10/10. The manager, a guy from Colón, and Joel, our waiter, very very good service. Fully recommend.
