He gave great historical details, showed us all over with great recommendations in what to see, where to take pics an he answered all of our Panamanian cultural questions. Not to mention he is funny! My kids and I came to Panama for a family wedding and we wanted to see the highlights. I found this tour through the hotel and I liked that it would pick us up there. The owner (Eduardo) was very responsive to my emails confirming time and place of the pickup. It ended up being a private tour. Our driver was Mr. Z. He was very knowledgeable about Panamá (and its trees and flora) and seemed to know all the workers at the Panama Canal. That was our first stop. Mr. Z confirmed when the ship was passing through and got us there in time. In fact, we got to see two ships go through. My daughter (an ocean engineering major) was thrilled! She’s learning how to build ships. Next, Mr. Z took us through Panama City and pointed out the highlights. We opted not to get out and walk. Last official stop was the amador causeway. We did some shopping, took some pictures and fed the fish (and birds). We loved our time with Mr. Z can highly recommend this tour and tour company.

The experience is definitely unforgettable. Our driver was very punctual, and very efficient throughout the tour. We got to see the ships going through the canal with narration about the mechanics of the canal. Then we saw an IMax documentary of the canal history. Our tour guide Eddie was super amazing, he assisted us well in navigating the town, shops, the city and the old town. His knowledge of Panama is impeccable, you will not regret booking this tour. We got an experience that is really priceless, worth more than the price we paid.
Very informative and fun tour. Our guide Eddie was fabulous!! Make sure you ask for Eddie. Only item to watch out for is don’t believe their claim for 99.9% of the time their see ships go through the locks. They don’t have any more control over this than the other tours.

Had a wonderful and insightful tour. Picked up from cruise ship with no problems. Coordination was quite good in English. They will navigate all three of the major sites. And he was super helpful and experienced. Recommended for any visitors coming into the city.

A disaster! Booked the tour a week ago and had to chase on Tripadvisor for confirmation. They gave me Edwardo's number and despite texting him and phoning him no answer. I waited outside the hotel and at 10 someone arrived who was not Edwardo. When we got in the car the aircon was not working although he said that he had charged it a few days ago. After 20 mins of sitting in the car with the windows open, with traffic fumes coming in, unable to hear the driver, and feeling the humidity, we aborted the tour.

Highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Edwardo gave us a synopsis on the history of not only the Panama Canal but of the old city in a knowledgeable but humorous way. Eduardo is super knowledgeable and super chill. He created such a safe and welcoming environment. It was a private tour which allowed us to stay at certain places for longer. He played songs in our native tongue. He took pics for us. He was always ready to answer all the questions we had even if they were related to the tour. I would do this tour over and over again.

I had taken a series of three private day tours with Eduardo and it was fun and educational. The first tour was to an Indian Cultural Center and it involved a trip by canoe and a waterfall trip. The second was a visit to the Atlantic side of Panama to a historical town of Portobelo. The third was to Panama Canal and trip into Casco Viejo, the old town of Panama City. Eduardo was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. The trips went well and I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in Panama.

The tour was much over our expectations. Especially the guide Eduardo is a so nice people and he showed us many main attractions. We were astonished by the wonders of the canal. Eduardo gave us a very good overview of the history and the engineering of the canal. We do enjoy the tour and really think it is a must activity for tourists to Panama.
