W Panama

Absolute five stars. I wish I could give 10. We travel all the time and usually go to Marriott hotels and this has been my favorite! We were in a corner room and the panoramic view of the city skyline was extremely memorable. But the most memorable thing was the service. When we checked in, Crystal was behind the counter and I felt like we had someone really looking out for us. With my husbands Marriott status we usually get upgrades and she was very thoughtful in putting us in the most beautiful available room. (Breathtaking actually). Every day we would have breakfast and the manager Ricardo and Geovani the waiter would remember our order and bring us lattes with our initial in powdered pink sugar. The temperature was perfect in the hotel the vibe, the music, the lighting, I hardly wanted to leave and usually I get pretty restless in hotels. You have many choices in Panama but I really think this one should be at the top of your list!

We stayed at the W Panama a few weeks ago and we had a great stay. The service at this property is amazing. Soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the general manager Andre who was very pleasant. The staff that made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable was Paul! From the moment we checked in, Paul made our experience smooth. He was always a friendly face and very accommodating. Even when circumstances happened out of the hotel’s control that affected our stay, Paul saved the day and made sure to make the remainder of our vacation special. Shout out to Paul and I will definitely stay at this property the next time I visit Panama.

We had a suite which was a great size with amazing views of the city and sea. It had a great vanity/ changing area. Everyone that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Negatives were… the air conditioning in our room was loud, the windows through out the building were so dirty, the hallways smelled like cheap cleaning products, the elevators were hot, and the location isn’t the best.

An Unforgettable 20-Day Stay at W Hotel After spending 20 incredible days at the W Hotel, I can confidently say this was far more than just a stay, it was a complete experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s vibrant energy, striking design, and attention to detail set the tone for something truly special. The property itself perfectly blends modern luxury with a bold, stylish personality. Every space feels thoughtfully curated—whether you’re relaxing in your room or enjoying the lively atmosphere throughout the hotel, there’s a seamless sense of comfort and sophistication. What truly elevated my stay, however, was the exceptional level of hospitality. Over the course of three weeks, the entire staff consistently delivered service that felt genuine, attentive, and effortlessly refined. A very special highlight of my experience was MORO Restaurant. Beyond its vibrant setting and quality cuisine, it was the people who made it truly unforgettable. The MORO team embodies hospitality at its finest—professional, warm, and incredibly detail-oriented. I would especially like to recognize Ricardo, Lucia, and Geovanni, who went above and beyond every single time. Their attentiveness, kindness, and ability to anticipate even the smallest needs made each visit feel personalized and memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury stay with personality, outstanding service, and truly unforgettable dining experiences.
