Victoria Hotel And Suites Panama

Nice and huge rooms they have.food is good, gym and pool facilities are available

Great location and excellent staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooftop swimming pool is a nice bonus. Breakfast was average, but overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were extremely helpful resolving an error made with my booking on my credit card company’s end. We enjoyed our room, the size was just right to move around comfortably. Delicious breakfast. The only downside with the food ordered from room service, NOTHING was edible and not much was done in terms of compensation or swapping for something else. Other than that this hotel is great because it’s close to everything.

I really want to give this property 5 stars.... The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to restaurants, a main strip, the metro and not far from Airport. The front desk staff as well as the dining staff members were very pleasant. The room was large as well as the shower, water pressure was lacking and I had an incident where I found someone's socks in my expertly made bed. I promptly removed all bedding and placed items in the shower and ran some water on the bedding to ensure fresh linens would be placed back on the bed. There was also a very stained accent chair in the room. We asked the chair to be removed 4 times and it was never removed or cleaned for that matter. Despite those issues I would stay at this hotel again. The was a mini fridge and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board was conveniently placed in the closet. The room also has two bottles of complimentary water. The breakfast option was nice for a few days, a little repetitive and food room temperature despite being in a warmer. Fritura should be not sit for long periods. Wifi was spotty for laptop worked perfectly for small devices.
