Excellent service and cleanliness. Look for Brayan at the front desk or Carmen in the Pacifica restaurant if you want the best service. There's a complimentary full bar on the 19th floor every night from 6-8 pm if you're Bon Voy Platinum or higher. The spa on site has amazing monthly specials, which includes us of the hot tub, steam room, sauna and cold plunge.

Our stay was very memorable and enjoyable. The staff kindly helped when asked and the room service was great. Although there were a low supply of resteraunts, the dishes from Starfish were quality but the wait to get your food was quite long. It took us 40 minutes to get served even when we were the only ones and the food at the buffet in the club tasted old and stale. I think something that would dramatically improve the hotel would be to maintain the buffet better by eliminating all the gunk stunk on windows. Our room was good except for a little 4th uninvited visitor that appeared to be a baby lizard that came from the drain in the bath. Everything else was great. Didn't really get the chance to swim but I was really tempted to. Had a great time. (3-4 stars)

A special thank you to Ashley, Zamir, and Herdenza in the Club Lounge for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We would also like to recognize Joanna, Guest Service Manager, for her exceptional customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Her kindness, responsiveness, and commitment to providing an excellent experience did not go unnoticed. A big thank you as well to Ronaldo at the Pool Bar for his friendly service, positive attitude, and excellent hospitality. He made every visit enjoyable and always ensured we were well taken care of. In addition, we would like to thank the two front desk agents who were on duty around 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 30. One of the ladies was in training, and both were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful during our check-in experience. Their welcoming attitude set the tone for a wonderful stay. The entire team made our visit comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I can’t speak to the rooms since we did a day pass to the pools and beach. There are several large pools that were clean and well-kept. Lots of loungers by the pool and near the beach. Plenty of towels. We bought the day pass after calling the front desk (vs buying via resort pass because it was a slightly better price for kids directly through the hotel). The front desk staff was nice and helpful. But there seemed to be some confusion in the day pass details between the pool bar folks and front desk. The day pass came with the lunch buffet, unlimited poolside drinks and apparently snacks. Lunch was fine and we had a few poolside drinks but the bar staff claimed there was a drink cutoff time of 4 when the front desk mentioned no such thing. The front desk kindly called down to the pool bar so we could get one last round of juices at 415. We didn’t figure out the snack thing because apparently we couldn’t order food by the pool which would have been more convenient than finding a restaurant. Anyway apart from that snafu, we had a lovely day relaxing at the pool and on the beach just outside of the city. I’d consider staying here were we to return in the future! It’s about 30 min outside the city and we did have to wait for a bit to get an uber back to the city.
