Pros: Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was ok, but not variety of food. Terrace with nice view. Cons: located next to restaurant,music too loud to sleep, my room was vibrating until 12am. Under my room was a bike shop and it started playing loud music at 10am. I spent all day with my earplugs and couldn't had any rest. If you are noise sensitive, this is definitely not a place for you. As much as I liked room, I will not book it again.
As a solo female traveler, I can confidently say I felt completely safe during my stay. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and my room had a spectacular view. At first, I had some doubts about staying here because of a few reviews I had read, but I can honestly say I give this place a 5/5. There’s an amusement park just 3 minutes away and plenty of restaurants nearby, which makes the location very convenient. The rooms have hot water and air conditioning, which made my stay even more comfortable. For breakfast, there is only one staff member attending, so please be kind and patient. It’s a buffet-style breakfast where you can choose pancakes, toast with eggs, or their delicious sausages with sauce, along with fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!
We arrived totally exhausted had not slept all night (due to our airplane flight etc.,). The women at the front desk totally helped us by letting us check in early. She was very kind and helpful. Rooms are great!! Great location as well!
Avoid this hotel if you like sleep or good management. Being located on the Amador causeway seems like a good thing, but be aware that at night the noise from nearby bars and especially loud vehicles on the street make sleep almost impossible. Loud enough to get through thin exterior walls and keep us awake even with earplugs. We checked out immediately after the first night and the hotel would not refund any of the remaining 4 nights on our booking. Management started fully ignoring any attempts to negotiate a partial refund that we made. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
The rooms are spacious and ok... However it is impossible to sleep or rest before 12am. There was a club next door and our whole room was vibrating from the bass until midnight, on weekends even longer... It's horrible if you are not a party person and want to get some rest.. They should rename it, there are no tropical vibes, but more drunk locals and tourists partying that you can hear in your own room as if they where right inside.. The price was cheap though - so if you are just looking for a place to survive you might find this ok. Otherwise try to find something quieter - I had a really hard time trying to sleep here...
