This hotel is great for a couple of nights before your flight leaves from Panama. Easy check in, very peaceful, the pool, the room, and patio were clean. The food was delicious! You guys have to try the cheese cake! Some travelers posting here, are too picky! Riande is a hotel, not a resort, however they provide as much as they can. Some foreign travelers nitpick everything and are rude. Thanks to the staff and the chef for the delicious cheese cake!
I stayed here in July of 2026. The grounds are immaculate, the room was very clean and the restaurant was nice. My shower was warm, but early in the morning. Later, the shower had hot water. Hotel staff was most helpful, and answered all of my questions. I will stay here again in the future.
I can't give good marks for Riande Airport Hotel. The prices says this should be a 4 star location. Unfortunately it is more like an aspiring 3 star. The shower would not drain, the TV only had two channels. The room was not well maintained and honestly not clean. I shared my experience with the front desk. They said they were sorry. But it was obvious the employees were not empowered to create a better experience. They had heard it before!
I don't understand all the terrible reviews. We spent two nights when we arrived, and another night before flying home. The lobby is gorgeous, staff was welcoming and friendly. The shuttle isn't "on time" because they go to drop offs at the airport before arrivals, and are willing to drop you off at the car rental spot if needed. The rooms are mediocre, no fridge or coffee, only two towels, a hand-towel and a bath mat. But the beds and pillows are great, everything was clean and comfortable. Typically this is a place to stay before flying in or out, not a tourist destination. As such, it is perfect. The pool is well lit, clean and has a pretty little fountain feature. There are games, business areas, gift shop, all the amenities are here. The complimentary breakfast is huge, hot breakfast, cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice and coffee. The restaurant itself was okay. The soup and ceviche are both amazing. Skip the shrimp, like everywhere else I've been in Panama, seafood is overcooked. Service is slow but friendly. I feel.we got our money's worth and more, the pool area was a bonus.
Great as an airport hotel or for a meal. We stayed here for two nights. The rooms were acceptable and tolerable for a short stay. But for a longer duration it would have been difficult. Air quality (ac) could be improved, bathroom and room facilities are basic. Feels like an adequate motel. On site facilities are good. The pool. Kids play area etc. Very good to pass the time. Restaurant is also quite good. And the food is nice. Location is relatively close to the airport with easy signage and directions. On site parking is also ample. Service was good. Staff were attentive and helpful. I have stayed here before and will probably stay again for short stays as an airport hotel with a good place to eat and some activities to pass time. I do not think there is another comparable hotel so close to the airport with these facilities.
