The bar. The bartender! We didn't stay at the hotel, but we visited The Bar several times. The bartender (Artemedis, I know I'm spelling it wrong) is simply amazing! He creates/cooks FRESH FRUIT mixes for cocktails, makes GREAT cocktails, and holds interesting conversations. I suggest trying the 3 different Long Islands, Lychee martini, and the espresso martini. We almost got to experience him making a 30 mins Old Fashion that came out clear and tasted so good.
Fantastic central location and great stay! We booked the Renaissance Hotel specifically for its excellent, central location, and it did not disappoint. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was okay, and everything else was wonderful. We truly enjoyed every single bit of our trip to Panama!
The staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful! Bright smiles and warm welcomes before you even walk through their doors. Shoutout to Jorgé, the front desk receptionist. who was patient with our language barrier and had the world of knowledge about his country. The buffet breakfast spread changed every day and each time it was a hit. This hotel will definitely know loyalty from us.
There are no human words to convey such exceptional quality from the staff here at this hotel. They are at their best-- but I must say that we as guests to the hotel -- the home away from home-- must be on our best. It is the only way for excellent quality of service and experience. I often find if we do not reflect within ourselves--who we are....then the outer world will not be able to reflect what is best for us either. Or rather it might and that will tell us about ourselves. This hotel was outstanding from my entry and meeting Carlos the front desk host, to the bartenders Joel and Aristides-- but those in the dining area, pool area, room services and everyone was great. I just could not catch everyone's names. It is a charming hotel, a little hidden treasure. In walking distance of other restaurants, shopping areas and not far away from historical places. I mostly like it for the Zen and peace of mind. I hope this review helps you , if you are a person who needs Tranquility and Peace. Tenderly
Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the staff were kind and always ready to help. Darelys of the housekeeping staff (recamarera) was super nice and always checked in to make us comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and close to everything. Had greats drinks at Jota's lounge. We will be back! Thank you!
