Good value for money. The rooms are very spacious, especially on the executive floors. Amazing view from the bedroom . However, the hotel feels quite outdated in many areas and could use some renovation. The pool area can be better maintained and, contrary to the photos, it is quite dark and doesn’t offer much of a view. The overall experience was therefore a little different from what we expected based on the pictures. Overall, it’s fine for the price we paid.

This hotel is great. There is a great server named Jennifer. The reception is SUPER slow. It says there is laundry, but it is per item and incredibly expensive. They tried to downgrade our room, so watch for that. Room service is offered but when you contact them they don't respond. The rooms and the free breakfast are amazing.
Wonderful hotel and staff. Every person we interacted with was muy amable! The room was beautiful, the beds very comfortable, and the shower was incredible with instant hot water and great pressure. Special thanks to Jessica, Great, Christhian, and Aida for outstanding custome service
I booked Las Americas Golden Tower mainly because of the aesthetic bulb collection display I saw in the lobby photos, and it definitely did not disappoint. The hotel has a very unique and well-designed feel, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options. I especially loved the pancake toppings and the pineapple, it was honestly the sweetest I’ve had. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor, temperature-controlled pool. It felt almost like a private pool since it was rarely crowded. They also have a 24-hour gym, which was a great plus. The location is convenient, with most places nearby, and overall the area felt very safe. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
