Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. In my opinion, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. The property feels quite dated, especially the rooms and hallways. The carpets in the corridors had a strong smell, and the air-conditioning unit in the room was very loud, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. The walls are also extremely thin — I could clearly hear neighboring guests talking and even understand their conversations, so privacy is quite limited. The airport shuttle is convenient, but running only once an hour is not enough for an airport hotel. If you miss it, you may have to wait almost an hour, and when leaving the hotel you may need to depart much earlier than necessary. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the airport, breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, considering the price and overall condition and comfort of the hotel, I would not choose to stay here again.

Rooms were good and location was nice for access to the airport. Uber works well in the area if you want to visit the city. The service was friendly and professional. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant. The food was good and plentiful and all the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service.
Honest review: Not many options near the airport, and they know it. Great customer service, especially at the bar and restaurant. The biggest letdown is the room. While the room is modern and the shower has good pressure, the walls are paper-thin! If you're just here for a night like me, trying to get some sleep, think twice. I'm writing this review at midnight. Road noise is annoying, but the worst part is people are still coming in at this hour, and you can hear them talk, shower, and everything in between. Management should really consider putting people who check in early (before 10 p.m.) in rooms away from people who check in past that time so it won't disrupt our peace. The sheets and towels smell weird, like they didn't go through a dryer. For cleaning, I give it a 4 out of 5. The buffet is great, but I don't know about $30 great 😅 again, not many options around, so you are stuck with their prices.
Just spent one night here as this hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The do have shuttle service, but local taxis are cheap as well. Friendly staff, food was delicious. Huge buffet in the afternoon which we unfortunately didn't have time to try.
I arrived at the airport tired, only to be told by the taxi drivers outside that the hotel shuttle had just left. I decided to wait anyway, and sure enough, about 10 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. However, I do think that having the shuttle only once an hour is not frequent enough. For an airport hotel, more frequent shuttle service should really be standard, as guests are often arriving after long flights and need reliable, convenient transportation. A better option would be twice per hour until midnight (to and from the airport), then once an hour until 6 a.m. The reception staff was excellent: welcoming, patient, and warm. They made a very positive first impression. The room looked nice and clean upon entering, but once settled in, it became clear that it is somewhat outdated. The main thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning. It was large, noisy, and struggled to cool the room sufficiently. There was no mini fridge, which I would expect in a hotel of this category. The room was spacious enough to include a comfortable lounge chair, and if the bulky air conditioner were replaced, there would even be room for a small sitting area. The bathroom and toilet were fine overall. I did like the blue towels, which were a refreshing change from the usual white hotel towels. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, but the dispensers were mounted in cheap-looking wall holders, which gave the impression that they were designed more to prevent theft than for guest convenience. The bathroom was also missing glasses for toothbrushes and could use more space or hooks to hang multiple large towels comfortably. The complimentary coffee would have been a nice touch, but when I removed the water container to refill it, I found old water and what appeared to be leftover coffee residue inside. It seemed it had been sitting there for some time, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned or checked before my arrival. I did not have breakfast, eat at the restaurant, or use the pool, so I cannot comment on those facilities. Overall, my stay was good enough for one night, but I did find it somewhat pricey for what was offered. There are several improvements that should be made for this hotel to meet the standards one would expect from a Crowne Plaza property.
