Selim was an outstanding guide! He had a wealth of information and made the tour fun. The tour was paced just right and Selim handled all the details. We were able to just show up and enjoy the tour!
Erman Uslu was our guide. He was absolutly amazing! He has alot of knowledge and helped us with questions. I would def recomened him. Thank you for the nice trip. :)
Everything I saw was so enriching!! And Erman was a great tour guide. He not only gave us great historical information but also gave very detailed explanations for questions I asked outside of the normal tour story. 10/10 would recommend the tour and the tour guide, Erman!!
This is a great tour with our tour guide Erman, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a 11 hour tour to Pamukkale. We had lots of fun and enjoyed beautiful scenery. Had a great lunch as well. I really recommend this tour
It is my first time to Pamukkale! This trip is wonderful and Erman (tour guide) is knowledgeable about the history of Hierapolis and Pamukkale! The tour includes lunch but not for drinks! I enjoy this tour so much!
This was a great tour as our tour guide named Mr. Erman Uslu has given us a precise information about the history of Heirapoilis and Pamukkale (cotton castle). It is a well organized tour . He’s helpful and response promptly if we need anything and if we have some questions. And also our driver is great and always smiling. I like them both. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
The tour is amazing. Its so informative and its like a walk in a park.no hussle aa such. Our transport was so comfortable. Tha ks to the Driver. Our tour guide is so helpful informative and very knowlegable.the tour itself and places we visit is like a work of art in front us. The history living its grandeour besides it past and ruins. Im so proud in seeting foot on auch history preserved. This kind of tours are my favs. Our group is friendly .me and my friend had a lot of fun. Thank you.
Amazing tour visiting the amazing travertine terraces at Pamukkale. Truly enjoyable wading in the waters and admiring the views. Our tour guide Erman was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history about the sites with us.
There are two parts of this tour. The guide and the lunch. The guide Alperen or Alphie is a very charismatic, very good English speaker and an exceptional guide, who has answers to all questions and knows a lot of details. He is also a good manager of the time. The lunch at Vila Castelio was awful, with no taste (main course and desserts). I would recommend to skip the lunch and offer a sandwich and a bottle of water. Bottom line - the trip was good
The Pamukkale tour was absolutely stunning! The white travertine terraces were even more beautiful in person, and soaking in the thermal pools was such a unique experience. The tour was well-organized, and our guide, Alperen, was informative, kind and patient! It was a perfect day filled with natural beauty and history—highly recommended!
Essential to go with a guide. Alperen's explanations and historical facts brought life to the ruins and enhanced the experience.
The guide Alpheren is very knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly, making our expereince so great. And there is adequate free time for taking photos in Pamukkale. Nice tour.
An excellent tour with a very expert tour Leader call Erman .. unforgettable place to visit and a lots of history behind it! I would suggest everyone to visit this place and ask Erman to be your leader as he is a very talented man and very knowledgable and can do convert the language in a second from English to Spanish and then Turkish ! Wow !!! He is a big crust to the company and I wish all the best for his career. Thank you
The tour is good, our tour guide was on time, responsive and polite. It’s a small group which is nice and the van was comfortable. I would say nothing outstanding but also no complaints
Had a great time snapping photos of the uniquely beautiful travertines and learning the ancient history of Hierapolis. Our guide, Erman, was punctual and knowledgeable. Not only did he do a great job of concisely summarizing hundreds of years of history, but laid out the important areas of Pamukkale for us to freely explore later on. We recommend this tour and you’re in luck if you get Erman as your guide!
Very satisfied. The visits were amazing. The guide was excellent. Attentive, available to clarify any question in English or even in Spanish. Thank you very much
We thought you might be a little far away to go back and forth in the day, but thanks to the vehicle (very comfortable), as our guide Erman (who gave us the tour in Spanish and always attentive with us) made the trip very pleasant. We liked Heriapolis and Pamukkale a lot. It has been a very nice, well organized and recommendable experience.
Our guide, Erman Uslo, was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. Thanks to him, the tour was much more than just a visit
A very professional guide with excellent Spanish. He gave us a captivating history lesson and also informed us about agriculture, customs and legends of the region. Thanks for everything, Armán. Of course Pamukkale does not need further praise, it is an exceptional site.
Since the tour started in Pamukkale, we knew it was going to be a good day... but it turned out to be epic. He explained Hierapolis without getting bored (miracle!), made us laugh, told us a thousand things about Turkey that even books do not know, and on top of that he took us to a ceramic factory where we almost adopted a vase of how much fun we had. He knows about history, geology, art, politics, Turkish series if you ask him... everything! And he tells it so well that if he'd been our teacher at school, now we'd have honorary tuition in ancient history. If you're hesitating between going with a guide or on your own, go with Erman. Period. No more to say. Thank you very much, Erman! I recommend it 100%. We'll do more tours with you again, for sure.
We have been lucky enough to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis with Erman as a guide, and it has been one of the best experiences of our trip through Turkey. He not only explained in detail the history of the ruins, the hot springs and the natural environment, but also made us understand the culture, history and soul of Turkey in a very close and enjoyable way. His knowledge is impressive, but the most special thing is how he transmits it: with passion, clarity and a lot of love. In addition, he took us to a traditional ceramic factory where we learned much more than we imagined. Thanks to Erman, this day has not just been an excursion, it has been an experience to remember forever. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything, Erman. You're wonderful!
Excellent program, the company was always in touch with me to coordinate the pickup and they were very punctual, it was a long trip, but with everything our guide explained we did not feel that it was so much. The guide Erman Uslu explains in a very good Spanish and his English also excellent, was very entertaining and always concerned to explain everything and give us time to rest and for our needs. The well-targeted visit with free time to tour. Lunch with typical meals, a very varied and abundant buffet. Thank you Erman.
The old town of Hierapolis is adjacent to Pamukkale and is very well preserved. In Pamukkale, the famous cotton castle, only a limited part is accessible to visitors but makes all sense to keep the landscape intact. Only one can enter the natural swimming pools barefoot and some sites are slippery. But it is well worth the experience (and the trip to get there!). The old swimming pool (or better known as Cleopatra's although wrongly named) is closed until at least 30/08/2025. When we visited Pamukkale, there was not much water. There's no way to know when there's going to be water. Supposedly every two months... Our guide Erman Uslu was quite informative and gave us plenty of free time to enjoy the pools.
We loved the tour! Erman is very friendly and always willing to help and clarify doubts. He knows a lot about his country's history. Plus you understand your Spanish perfect! We were surprised and loved the cotton castles!
After a tour to Ephesus with Erman Uslu the previous day, we traveled to Pamukkale with the same guide. Very happy to be able to make the tour with Erman, who shared with us all his knowledge of Pamukkale and resolved doubts and curiosities that we consulted him.
The difference is made by the guide 👌, definitely. My wife only speaks Spanish and we found a very professional guide named Erman who speaks several languages. I knew how to explain everything very well, along with the history and the most important data of each place. We booked the tour in Spanish and it was the best of the best. Highly recommended.
Nice to meet Pamukkale and his innermost things James walked us through the places described and there was time to bathe and take pictures
