Pamukkale And Hierapolis Small Group Tour

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our Pamukkale tour! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. We learned so much about the history and beauty of Pamukkale, and our guide went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a memorable day. The scenery was breathtaking, and having such an excellent guide made the experience even more special. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Pamukkale. A fantastic experience from beginning to end — definitely 5 stars!

Excellent small group tour! We did not feel rushed and did so much of Pamukkale in a day. Our guide was patient and a great communicator, sharing his experiences growing up in Pamukkale and answering our many questions. One advice if you take this tour is to have a solid breakfast or bring snacks with you, because lunch time tends to be late [3 PM] (because once you leave the travertines / hieropolis area you don't come back).

We took a day trip from Istanbul and we’re thrilled with this Tour Agency. They helped coordinate our airport transfers and arranged a hotel for us in addition to executing a wonderful tour to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. While Pamukkale is far from how it appears online, it still feels like you are seeing something rare and unique and I would highly recommend. It was our second time to visit. From last time we realised few changes. All good We also visited bath at this time as we wasn’t able to use it last time. Great experience. I will advise you to buy combo ticket with attraction situated 10 km from Hierapolis. Great antique city ruins with less crowds than Hierapolis. Absolutely worthy to visit!

The place is must-see - one of the mors pictoresques I have seen in my life, BUT you don't need to do it with a tour and spend lots of money on something you can do on your own. If you stay in Pamukkale, it is just a very short drive by car or by taxi. I think the tracking lovers can even walk up hter - it is very close. Essencially, all in one place - Hierapolis, Calcium terraces with blue water, termal water pool. There're also hot springs off the site, but they are not something that can't be seen at other places of the World. The narrative part of the tour is very generic and can be spaced within 20-25 min. The lunch is OK, but meat selection is poor and a cup of coffee will cost you eur3. Besides, think twice if you really want to spend your valuable travelling time at 2 outlets where you will be taken - one onyx and second fake brands clothes. The choice is yours.

The place is magnificient, but you don't really need to spend lots of money on tour if you stay in Pamukkale. It is basically just one venue, very close to the tpwn - you can reach by taxi or by car if you have it. The rest is hot springs (also very close, but nothing particular - you cam see the same in many parts of the World) and two merchants outlets - onyx and textile (mostly fake brands). The narrative part of the tour can be spaced within 20-25 min and hardly differs from what you can read in a tourist guide. Give it a thought.

Lovely knowledgeable guide but very expensive considering what entrance fees were and what we had for lunch. Look around or better still talk to your hotel as ours did free trips to the site

An amazing tour which started with a short visit to the hot springs at Karahayit hot springs, then moved to a tour of the ancient Roman ruins at Hierapolis and then the showpiece item - the white cliffs of Pamukkale and the pool terraces. Be aware that there is a fair deal of walking to be done and one has to be quite fit especially during the climb to the theatre at Hierapolis. Walking through the pools at Pamukkale is also a wondrous if slightly painful experience due to the formation of sharp ridges on some of the drier terraces where you have to walk on bare feet. The tour wound up with a sumptuous lunch and a shopping trip to pick up some onyx showpieces. Our guide, Suleiman, was very knowledgeable and other than explaining the history of Pamukkale and Hierapolis gave us a number of other insights into Turkish culture, language and society. Overall, a very reasonable and well structured tour.

The guide was friendly and explained in detail, we had a great time in exploring Pammukale & Hierapolis, The Lunch we had which was included in the package was lavish

This tour company offers many different services. Every person working there is helpful and supports you in every single step. We had a day tour in Pamukkale and the guide deserves a 10 for his efficency, simpathy and how he explained everything, always with a smile on his face. We were a group of 7 people and we immediately felt like family and had lunch all together. We really recommend it to everyone!

Once in a Lifetime experience ,everyone must see entrance is not too expensive and very cleaned environment,you need at least 2 days to finish and enjoy your trip.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was so nice. They drove me to the bus station and even took a detour for me to see something along the way.

I arrived on the 7pm flight and got the shuttle bus into Pamukkale. Once I arrived in Pamukkale the owner of the shuttle bus told me about a tour they put on which was perfect because they do the day tour in time to get the shuttle bus for the last flight to Istanbul. The tour was great the guide spoke fluent English and was very knowledgeable. The tour itself covered all the major Pamukkale highlights and was reasonably priced. I would recommend this tour to other people.

We booked paragliding, hamam, day tour in pamukkale and a night bus to cappadocia with Selon. Everything was perfect and we had an awesome experience!

I contacted directly Moonstar Tour Company for this1 day tour to Pamukkale from Istanbul and other tours in Cappadocia. Tours were very well organized by our contact Selina. Our tour guides were punctual, knowledgable and fun. These tours are incredible ! I highly Recommend the tours and Moonstar Company.

I flew in from Istanbul for a full day tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. It was a long day but well worth the effort. The staff, especially Selina, arranged everything from the transportations in Istanbul and Denzli, airline tickets and overnight hotel with efficiency and reliability. It was a fantastic tour. I definitely recommend Moonstar Tour and will contact Selina again on my next Turkey visit.

One of my local friends referred me this tour company. I booked multiple tours in Antalya, Pamukkale (including baloon ride) and Cappadocia with them and private transfer from Antalya to Pamukkale and Pamukkale to Cappadocia. I was in contact with Muhammad (i guess one of the owners) and he turned out to be very helpful and polite. My son got sick in Pamukkale and he attended him well while me and my daughter carried on our tour. We were offered free upgraded car for our transfers and all the tours were well managed. Though everything was beyond expectations but i would suggest that they should provide a little more detailed information about the tours at the time of booking. All in all I Highly recommend their services.

We enjoyed our trip in Pamukkale with Moonstar agency so much. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. They always go for an extra mile to help you out with anything. 元々は9時スタート。15分前の8時45分集合。しかし前日に個人アカウントのWhatsAppで9時半となる旨連絡があったが、SCAMメールのように見えたので開封しなかったため気づかず、55分もロビーで待つ。実際に迎えにきた時間は9時40分。Victorを通して申し込みしているので、Victor経由か、ツアー会社からのメッセージであることがわかるよう公式のアカウントを使うべきである。またツアールートも事前に含まれてない陶器ショップやワインショップが含まれていた。さらに2時集合に現れなかった1人のため30分以上も待たされ、ランチは3時となった。本来ならバックアップの車を呼んで、先にランチに行かせるべき。更にランチの時間が押したにもかかわらず、当初終了予定時間の4時になっていたにもかかわらず、ワインショップに連れていかれそうになったが、お断りをし、ホテルに戻った。ツアーの最後にランチというのも、不可解だし、トラブル対応もお粗末。パムッカレは個人でも十分観光できるので、ツアー会社は付加価値をつけなくてはならないが、不快な気持ちになった。

Hierápolis es preciosa y la sentí más viva que nunca. Las piscinas son una magia y el paisaje es magnífico.

Una vista unica el mundo espectacular , si vienes en epoca caliente trae tu traje de baño para que puedas entrarte bien, se entra descalzo , me fascino vale la pena venir al visitar Turquia

Local podia ser mais preparado para turistas durante o inverno também. Porém, as “piscinas” com águas termais é uma experiência diferente. Legal de conhecer e bonito, mas não é algo que me faria voltar. Leve uma toalha para enxugar os pés, no local é vendido uma por cerca de £38,50.

El guía muy amable y el Tour muy bueno, con comida incluida. Recuerden traer dinero extra para pagar la piscina de Cleopatra, el Museo y otras actividades adicionales. Busquen vuelos que regresen tipo 5 o 6 de la tarde es más que suficiente sino se quedarán esperando sin nada que hacer.

La verdad que la agencia es de confianza y muy amables, después del tour tuvimos horas de espera por qué no teníamos hotel y el bus salía tarde en la noche así que estuvimos en la agencia con el wifi!! El señor bayram dogru fue muy atento y agradable! Recomiendo ampliamente
