Best way to wrap up our trip !! 🧖♀️🫶 First time trying a traditional Turkish hammam and we were blown away. The foam massage and body scrub were so cool and unique! Huge shoutout to the therapist who got the pressure spot on, and the whole team for being so sweet. You have to try the spa if you visit. 👍🙌
The best thing about this hotel is location. Additionally they have a beautiful attitude and nice facilities. Welcoming people and staff with clean rooms plus generous food. Thank you for the hospitality, I am looking forward to visiting you soon.
Front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Always greeted us with a smile. Special mention to Ms Meryem—big shoutout to her for her outstanding service and warm hospitality.
The WiFi connection in this place is awful! I asked if there maybe another network to connect to and they mentioned no. When I shower the flooded on me and when I asked for a few more towels but was just brought one. In reality I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel as they advertise themselves to be. Nice lobby but stiff pillows and bed
Stayed here mid-January with a tour group. The hotel is quite large, with four separate buildings. Despite the cold weather, the indoor thermal pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing. For those who don't mind the chill, there's an outdoor pool too. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. They offer game room with billiards & ping-pong. In the evening there was the belly dance show at 9 PM. Breakfast is a wide spread—standard hotel quality but plenty of options. Staff are friendly and very responsive to requests. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.
