Pamukkale Kaya Thermal Spa Hotel

TL;DR: Charming hotel; nice pools; good food. Very good rest stop or stay while exploring local sites. Excellent for the price The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The rooms facing the mountains had a fantastic view for a morning coffee in the balcony before the sun rise. The pools were great — the large main pool outdoor pool is ideal if you wanted to do a few laps; kids enjoyed the two smaller pools a lot more. The food offering is simple but the mains were surprisingly tasty had me going back for seconds every time. There are nearby grocery stores (BIM, Migros) which are great for snacks and other daily needs. Don’t miss out on visiting the market up the street with tons of local foods, desserts, and souvenirs.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Turgai Olmez, Hotel Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and excellent management. He made sure that every guest felt welcome and that everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. This is the best hotel in Pamukkale - near the travertines. Private thermal baths, amazing hospitality, comfortable and clean. Turgay the manager was so hospitable and helpful with the rest of our trip. The iron rush pools were so healing. Can’t wait to come back!!

Turgai is an amazing and incredibly accommodating hotel manager that made our stay truly exceptional. This hotel is above and beyond any other hotel I have been to in Turkey. They have an amazing iron thermal spa that leaves you feeling incredible. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are are off the charts excellent. The location is very central and convenient. I would recommend this place most highly!
