Herakles Thermal Hotel

The hotel has a great location close to the city center, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the meals are delicious – a buffet, with always something to choose from. The hotel has thermal pools, an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a gym. You can spend a pleasant and relaxing time swimming or enjoying a massage in the hammam.

Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, well maintained spa area, good food, friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that I was charged 40 Turkish liras for a swimming helmet even though the brochure said it cost 7.5 liras without receiving any receipt. I booked an hour of hammam + massage and it was over in 45 minutes, I'm disappointed.

Herakles Termal Otel is easily one of the best thermal hotels in the area. After a long walk in Pamukkale, you would like to have a hot bath, and there is nothing better than a thermal pool in the hotel to unwind. With two thermal pools, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, and a sauna, your body will get a full retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Additionally, there is a normal swimming pool for you to cool down after the steamy session, and for kids to play, making it a great amenity for everyone. However, there are a few minor downsides to consider. The included dinner and breakfast is basic and not variety, though it provides convenient fueling for your trip. Furthermore, the sitting area near the pool will be a plus point, but this area is not for people from tourist agency, so it is a minus point regarding accessibility. Lastly, the room is quite small, but quite clean and has all the facility needed for a restful night. Despite these small flaws, the amazing hot springs and spa make it a five-star experience overall!

What a wonderful hotel. A hidden gem close to Pamukkale with healing powers of thermal waters of the region. I want keep this place as secret but that would be too selfish. An amazing hotel and astonishing place. I will be back xx
