Biggest problem- hotel was super hot! It is like a sauna in the hallways. We were on 5th floor and it was no less than 85 degrees in the hallway. The rooms were just ok, but NO A/C. We had to leave our patio door wide open the entire night- no screen or deterrent to anything that wanted to come into our room. Heard lots of noise outside because door was wide open. Food was just ok. Nothing labeled so you didn't know what a lot of things were on the buffet line. Servers were very nice and did make omlettes if asked in the morning. Disappointing stay.
I stay in the hotel 5 nights and my expectations weren’t met. The hotel does not correspond to the price of 200€ per night. Let’s go step by step: 1 - breakfast; the cooker DOESNT’T know what scrambled eggs are.. every morning I explain, but as I’m not native in Turkish - it is still not a scramble. 2 - service in room and room condition Better to take a shampoo and conditioner with you, because hotel provides you with small tubs of low quality shampoo. Also I see a lot of small things like the light switch in the bathroom doesn't work, so I have to turn it off through the electrical panel. Also, the stuff doesn’t know the basic English: when I ask for something in restaurant to take away - the waiter doesn’t know this phrase. It’s maximum uncomfortable for a foreign guests. undoubtedly it’s the best hotel in this area, but.. why the basic things can’t be done in such a lovely place..
We stayed here for one night after a long way driving and visiting Pamkalle. Absolutely best choice. The Thermal Bad is huge and warm, even I could swim around in it. Super comfortable and relax. The swimming pool looks also nice, but we did not get time to try it. Room is big and comfortable. The high light was dinner buffet, fantastic! Ali is so friendly, give us this fantastic dinner free of charge as new year present
Luxury vibes, a thermal pool, and the most insane dessert buffet you’ll ever see… Doğa Thermal Hotel is pricey, but it’s pure indulgence and absolutely worth it. This 5-star hotel gave us one of the most memorable stays of our trip. Rooms (5/5): We stayed in the King Suites, and they were gorgeous, spacious, modern, and full of comfort. At around $1000 AUD a night, they don’t come cheap, but they certainly feel like a proper luxury escape. Facilities (5/5): The highlight is the thermal pool, which gives the hotel a unique edge. It’s relaxing, classy, and a big part of why you’d come here over a standard 5-star. The whole place just has a polished, high-end atmosphere. Food (5/5): Dinner buffet was fantastic, plenty of tasty mains but the dessert spread stole the show. Honestly, you’ve never seen anything like it. Row after row of cakes, sweets, and pastries; it’s dessert heaven. Breakfast wasn’t quite as strong (when I asked for an omelette, I ended up with two whisked eggs) but that’s a small quirk compared to everything else. Service (5/5): Staff were warm, welcoming, and made the stay feel personal and easy. The overall vibe here is friendly, not just fancy. Overall: Yes, it’s expensive, but you’re getting a premium experience, thermal pools, luxury suites, and a dining spread that will blow you away. One of the finer hotel stays you can book in Turkey. Worth every cent if you want to treat yourself.
