We spent 2 days here. Breakfast is plenty full, but do not expect too much. Dinner the same. Staff is friendly. The reason for the poor rating is our room had bed bugs. We were not offered any discount of any compensation. They even charged us 50 lira for a tea. Drinks are very expensive. A beer is 300 lira.
During dinner, tall fat man tried to clean up our table though we didn't finish. So we had to stop him. He looked so angry all the time and mumbled something to us.
Very disappointing, Service- if I could leave a minus star i would. The staff weren't helpful Food- very limited unless you wanted Salad. Foods that should have been served hot, were cold. Scrambled eggs fresh from the kitchen were cold.
Its a place you may stay few weeks without any hesitation. Few Km. outside the centre, very quite, nice gardens, Lovely designed lobby and staff always around to help. Breakfast was good as well. We did not like the system of Dinner sitting!!! They tell you a number (The number of the table) but no sign to show which number is where!!! Also, Restautant is very big but Emergency exit door signes are not well signed posted!!! Same for the room corridors. Its only 2 floor but I believe those sign posts are important.
We spent a very pleasant four days at the hotel during the winter break. The room wasn't large, but it was adequate for our family of four. The furniture was slightly worn, but clean and without any issues. Reading the reviews, I expected much worse conditions and I was actually suprised that: we didn't have any problems with additional charges for water or tea. The food was good and everyone could find something nice to eat. The hotel provided daily activities for children and adults. Absolutely every member of the staff was very kind and helpful. In winter, the indoor pool can be a bit small and sometimes crowded, but you can use the hot spring pools and Turkish sauna for free. Billiardo and table tennis are also free. The area is quiet and peaceful, close to the famous red stone, salt terraces in Pamukkale and 1.5 h to Denizli Kayak Merkezi. We've stayed in many hotels in Turkey, and it's worth noticing that the 5-star rating here doesn't correspond to European 5-stars. This may be why some people have high expectations for the hotel. In my opinion, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and we plan to come back next year :)
