Libere Pamplona Yamaguchi

I have visited Pamplona on many occasions and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They have studio apartments to suit everyone's budget. All are immaculate from top to bottom. The customer service is immediate on WhatsApp, no bots, real people. All is well maintained ( cleanliness to functional) from entry at front door, parking below ground to apartments. There is a small gift pack which consists of X 2 water and several coffee pods, kettle and toaster, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, sizeable under counter fridge, crockery, and cutlery. They also supply a small pack of cleaning aids for washing dishes and laundry. Nothing is left out. You also are on the north side of the beautiful Yamaguchi park, Cinema, restraunts, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy are all within easy walking distance. I would recommend Libere to all. A big shout to the cleaning / maintenance staff who work hard to maintain the high standards.

Very nice, fully equipped and super clean apartments, the only challenge is to find some parking space in the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Liberé in Pamplona. The property is clean, well-located, and overall a pleasure to stay in. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, efficiency, and a truly pleasant stay in Pamplona.

The room is good but the service is bad. The reason that I booked the hotel is air conditioners. When I came to the hotel in the end of September and the room temperatures was around 27 in the afternoon, I called the customer service to switch on the cool air conditioners to me. What I got the response !!!! No air conditioner and no fan. Because the building has already switched to heater mode last week, the cooler air conditioner will switch back to cooler mode next spring. Then I asked the team if the temperature kept going up, the building will not change back. They said Yes. This is so ridiculous!!!! When I requested a fan, they said not available anymore. So, this is not only my feeling, but also many other customers felt same as me. That’s mean they won’t care about the customer feeling and the reality, just follow their rule, even the weather up to 30 degrees more.
