A nice 4 star hotel situated in Pamplona Spain. Luxurious rooms. It's only a couple of minutes away from the town square. There's also a bar downstairs. The staff at breakfast was friendly and accommodating. Gluten free bread was very nice (for anyone that has celiac disease).
Overrated and overpriced place. The rooms, service and accommodation has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. The worst of all is the parking place - it is underground and it is so bad that when you are driving out there is a bump which hits the bottom of your car. And I am talking about a Mercedes C class, imagine if you try to park and drive out with a sports car which is very low - you will totally destroy it. The breakfast is totally mediocre. Two stars is the maximum for that hotel.
The hotel and rooms were fine and the pool great after the Camino but the staff were aloof bordering on rude. Not helpful at all in any dealings our group had. Very disappointing and if in the area look for other options if you can.
Great rooms and excellent location! Beware the 'dog friendly' as they are not allowed in any of the bars or restaurants so you are expected to leave them in your room if you want to eat in the hotel.
I am surprised by the low ratings. I loved this hotel. The rooms smelled so nice and were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains very good. The shower pressure was excellent and I loved that the shower handle/controller was by the shower opening instead of under the shower head so you can turn on and adjust the temperature without getting soaked. They provide one bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was standard. We were on a tour so I had no contact with the staff. It is less than 10 minutes walk to old town
