Would give less than 1 star if possible. Staff state only grandma and grandpa are allowed in the room, not friends. Did not book this hotel but staff would not let us in to visit friends from the USA after we went in with them (they had a room). Would not book this under any circumstances. Staff was incredibly rude and threatened to call the police on us for trying to go to our friends room who we were visiting. Staff ignored user agreement and threatened to have us arrested. Worst customer service I have ever received in any part of the world. Would not stay here now if it were free. Have never been treated as disrespectfully as i was here.
We went for a private spa and 60 minute massage after completing the first leg of the Camino. We were welcomed and shown around the spa which we had access to for 45 minutes before our 60 minute massages. The massages were amazing! Perfect pressure and the ladies were very knowledgeable, we were so sad when it was over! Such a good deal as well for €80!
Very good place to stay in Pamplona. very well located, near the parking and all Pamplona attractions.
The room itself was comfortable. However, we chose this hotel mainly because we wanted to enjoy the spa. When we arrived, we found out that the spa closes at 8 p.m. and only opens at 10 a.m. The next morning we went at 10 a.m., but then we were told that we needed to make a reservation in advance, which nobody had informed us about. On top of that, we were also told that access to the spa requires an additional fee. This was very disappointing and felt unprofessional.
It’s also worth noting that the parking costs €19 per night, which is another extra charge to keep in mind.
We were pleased with the rooms and the location, but deeply disappointed by the fact that the spa was closed! We arrived Sunday around 3, and the spa had just closed. That was fine, the receptionist told us to just go down there the next day at 10 to book something, so we were not concerned. We went to the spa at 10 the next day, and were very disappointed to find that it was closed for regularly scheduled cleaning. This was not advertised online anywhere that we could find, nor did the hotel let us know when we checked in or booked our rooms. It seems important that the spa element of a hotel that literally advertised it in the name be available.
