Excellent customer service especially by Pilar and a few others whose names I didn't catch. The rooms are simple but comfortable and the location is brilliant! They really took great care of us during the very enjoyable San Fermin Festival. If you ever come this way, they really have a wonderful group of folks here! Private parking was excellent as well.

While it may not be the most modern hotel. It is certainly well kept and in a prime location for San Fermin. I had no issues either the room and I was grateful for the mostly soundproof windows that allowed me to take a siesta every now and then

This hotel is located in the heart of Pamplona, close to the major sights. The staff are very nice. There is a cafe and a bistro attached to the hotel. The hotel room we got was well appointed and quiet.
