The staff were all very kind. The hotel is located close to the university, walking distance. That was good.
But, for a hotel costing around €130 per night, I expected a little more. The room felt very basic, with no water kettle, coffee/tea facilities, no toiletries, or even complimentary water replenished during daily cleaning. Even some cheaper hotels I have stayed in offer these basics.
The breakfast was good but disappointing, with the same selection each morning.
The hotel was fine overall, but at this price point, the facilities and service felt underwhelming and not good value for money.
Clean and updated rooms. The hotel is quiet, I barely heard other guests despite the festival going on. Their are nearby restaurants, but is a few km from the city center.
The hotel is decent, but I would place at the lower end of the 4-star hotel category (not Google rating).
The room was very clean, and the bathroom was simple but smart. The style is modern but minimalist. The only, but persistent, problem was the noisy air conditioning. It was blowing cold air on a hot day but it was very noisy - interrupting sleep. (4/5)
It’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. There’s a park and even a petrol station outside. You can catch the sunset too. It’s about half an hour walk into the central Pamplona (with the bull ring and the square).
Parking is available in a garage at €20 a day/night.
Breakfast was good (4/5).
Great four star hotel. Located in the modern part of the city, but not far at all from the Citadel and the medieval city. It's a very convenient location. Nice and cozy rooms, with all the comforts, although not large. Very kind service. Internal restaurant. Many alternatives to eat and drink outside in the immediate surroundings.
Such a good hotel in terms of quality-price. If you need or have a relative that is in the hospital next door, this is where you want to stay. The restaurant is delicious too, and the rooms have everything you need. I am very impressed by the quality all-around of this hotel, more hotels could learn of an establishment like this one. Consider getting breakfast or dinner at the restaurant you won't regret it!
