We did not even get to the hotel as the reservation process was a mess. The website did not work (after trying several browsers and mobile phones). I called the hotel and they could not grant the same rate as the website. Only via website, that does not work..... Disappointing customer experience even before the stay, that of course, will not happen given the bad initial experience.
Wonderful hotel with great staff ..underground parking was a bonus as on motorcycles ..lots of good cafes/restaurants near by ..highly recommended..
Safe parking underground carpark £6 a night for bike
Very clean room, efficient staff. Excellent cafe. Rooms are well lit, spacious and quiet. The shower was weak, hung on a side of the bath and pointed to the wall. The walk to the city centre is long, and Pamplona's taxis are notoriously hard to get. The car park has a flawed entry (see photo), meaning that longer cars will invariably scrape. When prompted about this, staff paid no interest. They must fix this or else face claims from people's insurances. Apart from the car park, it is a recommendable hotel.
Exceptional Service and Thoughtfulness We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Albert, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. During our visit, my father accidentally left his glasses behind at the hotel. When we realized this after returning home, we reached out to the staff, and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they find the glasses, but they also arranged to have them sent back to us quickly and efficiently. This level of care and attention made us feel valued and well looked after, and it truly set Hotel Albert apart. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Hotel Albert, for making our stay and the aftermath stress-free!
