Stayed here in Sep 2025 and June 2026 and very impressed. Firstly free parking is great and car park one of the best, very secure as gates are full size (not just a barrier) and opened with key card. First stop was in a standard room 1001 I think and it was big but had a big empty space by the window which was a bit odd. Having shutters made up for that as it meant you were not woken by the sun. On out second stay we had a suite which wasn't expensive. This had more furniture and a terrace though this could do with some refurb as the slabs were loose and the sun lounger cushion was dirty. Ate in the restaurant on the first stay which was fine but lacked any atmosphere. Walked into Pamplona old town on the second stay which took 30 mins and even in 30 degrees + it wasn't a tough walk (I am 54 and reasonably fit). You start off on the main road but quickly go off to the right into a nice park and it's pedestrainised from there to the cathedral and into the buzzing old town.

Overall, a very good stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were professional. It feels a little impersonal compared to some other hotels, but everything worked well. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the city centre, with a pleasant route across the bridge. The only downsides were that the breakfast was slightly below the standard I’d expect for this type of hotel, with less variety and quality than similar hotels, and the pool was closed during my stay. Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again.
We had an amazing stay. The staff at the hotel are extremly nice, the hotel itself is clean and the bed is very comfortable.
We would like to extend our special thanks to Estefania, the receptionist, for her enthusiastic assistance in contacting the car rental agency to help us resolve the communication issues after our vehicle malfunctioned. This was a great help to us as foreign tourists. Thank you very much! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with neat and clean rooms that are exceptionally quiet.
I recently stayed at Eurostars Pamplona and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is located a little outside the city center, so it’s quieter and surrounded by a nice garden, though it does mean a short drive or bus ride if you want to explore the heart of Pamplona. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a wide and fresh selection that made a great start to the day. On the downside, the spa comes with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing, and the dinner menu was quite limited if you want to eat at the hotel in the evening. All in all, a great option if you don’t mind being slightly out of the city center, especially for those who appreciate comfort, quiet surroundings, and a solid breakfast.
