This is a great value, high quality hotel. Easily accessible to main motoring routes. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Big thanks to excellent staff members Sylvia, Adriano, and Frederic. Definitely will use again, and highly recommend to others.
Stayed here for a night before heading off on a cycling trip. The rooms were clean, the WiFi was strong, and the staff were super nice. They were able to receive and store our bikes for us. The location isn’t downtown but there are restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay here again.
This place stuck in the industrial area is a virtual Fawlty Towers. The whole operation seems to be run by two people who just can't handle it Reception is eager but lacking in knowledge. The restaurant, best to get a taxi somew else. The waiter is overwhelmed with the job. Spilt wine, wrong orders, even a simple ensalata mixta comes out as last night's potato salad. For a few euros more go into Pamplona centro.
What a find, Premier Inn standard rooms at a very reasonable price. Large bar restaurant alongside offering great priced food. Separate breakfast room offering great choice buffet. Only slight problem is bed had wheels on it and if you read with your back to the headboard to moves across the room. Thank you for 2 great night stays.
Came here on a group tour. For breakfast they separated us from the other guests and the breakfast was completely different. No eggs or any cut fruit, very poor quality.
