Blue Residences

Blue residence apartment was amazinh. We lived our 11 days stay there. Pools and apartments are clean, very close to the beach like 60 seconds close and they have all it is needed for a cozy stay. The only downside in our apartment was that aircon was not working properly and needed to be fixed, they came and fixed the one in the room. But not in the living room, but even with that we loved our stay. It's half way on the island, close to Eagle beach and all fun stuff and restaurants. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We loved it and will return.

The apartment we stayed was awesome. It was very well maintained. The pools were very accessible. The location was very close to everything. The sunset was amazing from our room.

Just got back from Blue Residences in Aruba and it was absolutely amazing. The pools were fantastic — 2 beautiful pools plus a kiddie pool to choose from — and the hot tub had the most amazing views. There is also a mini beach across the street to dip your toes in. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen which made it easy to cook meals whenever we wanted. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also a huge plus. Loved that it’s gated with security patrols, so it felt very safe the entire stay. The ocean views were unreal, and the sunsets from the balcony every night were absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, it had everything you could ask for in a vacation spot. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed and can’t wait to go back.

Checked into our room came inside it smells like cat pee inside. Definitely needs a facelift family of four towels for two …the next morning ask for more towels they said they’d bring them up …never came went to to the office… Lady got snippy with me… the shower is flooding…. bathroom sink is overflowing told maintenance in the morning and nobody’s ever come… and smells like cat pee really bad . Again no towels to shower our family of four…. Very disappointed as I asked first thing when they opened. The unit has beautiful view but was not very clean. The bathroom wall has a chunk of plaster all over it outside the shower area and so that keeps flaking off all over the ground, getting all over your feet, and there’s no dustpan to sweep up all this crumbs and dirt. Our dryer wasn’t working it would take 2 to 3 hours to dry something when the worker finally came he said oh it’s backed up with dust and dirt. I would think they would check that out before someone checked into the unit. The dehumidifier in the rooms you have to keep emptying, which is fine, but when I emptied it, I saw all kinds of mold in it so obviously people prior or cleaning people when unit not in use did not empty it often.
