Loved this hotel ! Great location and super safe, and staff is super friendly! Because it is a congress centre people were not really using the amenities in October and there were many business people, but I think this added to the feeling of safety for a solo traveler. If you are traveling solo and you want a cheaper hotel this one has everything in one and you wouldn’t even have to travel out of it. It has 2 beautiful pools, a gym, and free chairs on the beach! Train is about a 15 min walk away and the streets totally feel safe, but get off at the right stop because the train only comes about every half hour.

Do not come here! We just arrived a few hours ago, and had already seen everything possible. We paid 30 euros per person for buffet lunch, trust me when I say that NOTHING was clean. From the plates, to the forks, to the water carafe, I had to chose everything meticulously because there were still dried food and bizarre liquids on them. On top of that, I saw that the waiters did not change the drapes after people were done eating: they just flipped it over and put the table ready for the next ones! The food was really fade, mozarella had become yellow and had no taste. We also learned that you have to pay for water every single time. There is only ONE broken water fountain in the buffet room, and sign is written that we shall not fill our bottles to drink outside (in this hot weather, hydrating yourself is expensive and almost a crime!). No towels provided for the beach, and even though you are 3 people, only two sunbeds will be reserved for you, additional price for one extra seat (not event a sunbed). I went to talk to the reception and absoluetly no gesture and no concern or regret was shown. We just entered our room, 1st floor you hear everything from the corridor, the pillows and beds are impossible to sleep in and our window shows a dilapidated roof. We had planned to stay here for 10 days, please do not make the same mistake as we did, this is our warning for people who have worked hard all year to have a few days of vacation, we don't want you to get fooled by this place like we did :(
Amazing Hotel!!! Stayed with my family for 4 nights, and wish we could’ve stayed for longer! The hotel has Sports courts, a kids playground, a table tennis table and multiple swimming areas, not to mention the private beach! The brilliant staff were also on hand to help/facilitate anything we required. A special shout out to Giorgia at reception, who was amazing throughout! Great location, just a 10 minute walk from Capaci station, which has trains into Palermo every 20 minutes. We were also able to book sea excursions with ease and a hotel taxi service to wherever we needed to go and at really good prices! Overall a fantastic stay, and one I would highly recommend.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again and I work for Marriott International 😁
We came for a work event and stayed a little longer. The rooms were decent, a little stiff and only one pillow per person. The buffet for lunch was 30€ per person and they took your food away an hour before closing, would not reccomend it at all. The breakfast buffet ends at 10:00, but starting at 9 they remove food or even prevent you from getting some stuff. For the price you pay, let me get another croissant! The restaurant at the bottom level was good and they took your staff really helpful. Check in and out was easy, only inconvenience is that check in is at 15:30 and that’s really late. You can leave your baggage unatended in a room with all the other guests, and that’s not optimal, but it’s something at least I guess. Relax area was the best, specially Marcello, the Lifeguard, he was charming, funny and helpful, it was a delight having him in the pool area for most of the days we were at the hotel. The guy that was there for 2 days was a little bit dull. Overall, the experience has been very pleasant, just knocked a little bit due to the buffet and the stiff bed.
