Perfect location, comfortable bed, the people that run this place are so welcoming and kind. It makes a world of a difference when you are in a new place and they make sure to give you recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast is simple but good. Would stay again.

We had a great night. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The aircon also made it a nice refugium for an afternoon nap when the heat of the city is too much. The location is perfect for a stroll through the old town. Great hotel for your stay in Palermo!

The room was nice and spacious, it was a little noisy during the night but that’s to be expected in a city. The location was amazing, the breakfast was quite basic so we only went to this once but the terrace was beautiful. The only feedback we had was when we went out the cleaners turned off the AC and opened the window slightly, so we felt like we had to blast the AC to get it to be cool enough when we got back, rather than just having it on a constant temperature

The service in this place was amazing. My mom got food poisoning on the first day of our trip, and the owner (?) Checked up on us and brought us things we needed. When we couldn't use our phones, she let us borrow hers to cancel a food tour. Over all, amazing stay and I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
