We’re staying at the hotel right now and enjoy every second in this cosy B&B. I couldn’t imagine a better location, as it’s in the historical heart of the city. The rooms are fleshy, fresh and just renovated with a small cosy canteen, where you can either have breakfast or make your own food. The hotel has its peculiar style and charm. Incredibly clean, as the cleaning lady comes every morning and tidies everything very thoroughly. The manager is also very open and helpful. Sincere thanks for their courtesy and warm welcoming.

I reserved a room for 3 nights. Unfortunately my husband got very sick that day we had to go to the emergency. We requested a refund due to this unexpected circumstance. We messaged the owner twice about the refund, but got no respond at all. I will not book this B&B again and so do you if you don't want to take a risk loosing your money.
Perfect location (5 minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo) right in the center, immaculately clean, rooms smell good and are tidy every day. Perfect for the location in a historic building and the B&B itself, completely renovated. New and modern. Breakfast was well-made, Italian, and of good quality. Courteous staff—Calogero and others—10/10. Recommended..? More..!! If I were to find myself in Palermo again, I wouldn't hesitate to return. Couple with child had a great time..!! EXCELLENT value for money. Well done, well done!
Excellent B&B in the center of Palermo. Modern, clean, and well-appointed rooms. Calogero and Giusy are truly kind and courteous people who make you feel at home even on vacation. A heartfelt thank you for their courtesy and willingness to offer helpful advice on what to see in the city and how to best do it. A small piece of advice for Calogero, which isn't meant as a criticism but rather as encouragement, is to increase the variety of breakfast options, which is really the only flaw in an otherwise 5-star B&B.
Brand new property equipped with every comfort, very comfortable, clean, and quiet room. The breakfast was good, and the owner, Calogero, was truly helpful and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home. The location is ideal, 150 meters from the bus stop for the airport to the city and a 5-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo and the start of Via Maqueda, a pedestrian area that provides access to the entire historic center, which can be explored entirely on foot.
