My adult daughter and I booked this 6-hour private tour and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel pickup was incredibly convenient and made the day completely stress free. Our driver, Christian, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the deep history and meaning behind the places we visited and the events that shaped them. We loved that the itinerary was the perfect mix of famous landmarks and hidden gems completely off the tourist track. Christian was also very accommodating, letting us stop for photos whenever we wanted. If you want a personalised, insightful, and memorable tour of the Cotswolds, we cannot recommend Christian and this tour enough!

Our guide, Christian, was superb. He picked us up promptly and took us on an in-depth drive through the countryside, stopping at all of the key villages and some off the beaten track. He was great at varying the route based on our interests. We had about an hour to wander, shop and have snacks in each of the major towns. Burton on the Water was my favorite. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I don't think there's anything he doesn't know about the Cotswolds. He had wonderful recommendations for our next day when we would be on our own. Loved, loved, loved our day. There is no way we could have experienced everything that we did without Christian's guidance.

This was an excellent way to get a close up look at the Cotswolds for both beauty and history. Chris was a fantastic driver and guide. The vehicle was extremely comfortable and we were able to view some extremely out of the way places with tight clearances. Avoided many of the crowded tourist spots, but saw the full breath of the Cotswolds.

Our tour of the Cotswalds with Christian was so great! He took us to so many places and gave us lots of choices; if we wanted to stop or continue on. We lucked out by finding a private tour of the Cotswolds! To have gotten Christian, was a true gift! He drove us through and around 11 towns, giving us history and taking us to the most beautiful places. Christian was super flexible and of course did all the driving and parking which allowed us to sit back, relax and enjoy every minute! He was a great communicator from the start, before we ever arrived in England and continued to be wonderful even after our tour was over. We highly recommend this tour! Christian picked us up from the train station and then did a customized 6- hour tour of the beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and gave us time to eat, take pictures, etc. His office was even helpful in arranging our train schedule a few weeks ahead of time. Being from the states we weren’t quite sure how to make the connections from London. They advised us which trains to take (even the time schedules!) and Christian was waiting with cold bottled water. Again, a wonderful day.

Christian was an excellent guide for our private tour of the Cotswolds. We took an ~1 hr ride on GWR out of London and Christian met us at Kemble station. We went the next six hours exploring the amazing, charming and quaint Cotswolds villages. Christian’s communication pre-trip and day of the trip was excellent. I had booked months in advance and Christian confirmed quickly & said he’d reach out a couple weeks prior which he did to get our train timing details. He adapted the tour to our “must see” items and allowed us plenty of time to wander, and have lunch. We saw so many wonderful places in a short time and were dropped off at our station for the return trip on time. Really enjoyed the day and highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour. Christian was a terrific guide - welcoming, sharp, funny, and deeply knowledgeable about the Cotswolds. We covered a great mix of towns and countryside stops over the course of the day, and the whole experience felt very well thought out and comfortably paced. What stood out most was Christian himself. Over dinner afterward, both of our teenage boys commented on how cool our tour guide was. That says a lot. Really appreciated the hospitality, the humor, the local insight, and the thoughtful touches throughout the day, including the calendar. Our 6-hour Cotswolds tour from London was one of the highlights of our trip. Christian picked us up directly from our station in a pristine black Mercedes-Benz GLB, stocked with snacks and water, such a comfortable and thoughtful touch. From the start, everything felt seamless and premium. Christian was exceptional; extremely knowledgeable about the region’s history and culture, and he made every stop feel meaningful without ever feeling rushed. As Spanish speakers, we especially appreciated that he gave the entire tour in Spanish, which made the experience feel much more personal and engaging. We visited Bibury, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Snowhill, Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, Broadway Tower, and Chipping Campden—each one more charming than the last. Bonus: he’s also a great photographer, so we came home with beautiful photos as well. Highly recommend this tour if you want a comfortable, well-curated, and truly memorable Cotswolds experience.

Honestly one of the best decisions we made on this trip was choosing the small private group instead of the large group tours was a game changer. Just us our own pace, no rushing, and we could spend longer in the villages we wanted to explore more. We even got lucky with a bit of sunshine!. All the Cotswolds villages were beautiful but our favorites were Broadway and Snowshill, they absolutely stunning. Chris recommended us proper pub food and some lovely finds at the local markets. Loved everything!. Highly recommend!
