Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my family. We had a great stay! Marija at reception had some amazing activity recommendations, and gave our girls a treat, they were over the moon :) All staff were very nice, lovely room and amazing service. Definitely recommend

Staying at The Randolph we felt like stepping into the city's soul. Our room had beautiful and elegant period features and decor that reflected the hotel's Victorian Gothic character. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet, and little extras like tea/coffee facilities and a mini-fridge made it feel well thought out. A special shoutout to Sinan behind the bar at the Morse Bar, he made the best mocktail I've had in ages. He took real care crafting it, walking us through the flavors and clearly putting thought and creativity into the drink rather than just throwing something together. Attentive, friendly with a beautiful smile. We have to give special thanks to Dino and the chef at The Alice. We have a health condition that requires extra care with food, and Dino went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and looked after. He personally checked in our requirements, making sure the kitchen understood exactly what we needed. Maria at the front desk deserves special recognition, she was warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. We also booked time in the Thermal Suite with Jacuzzi, saunas, steam room, and an ice fountain to finish. Location is unbeatable, close to the attactions and the train station.
We stayed at The Randolph Oxford for two nights. First of all, the hotel’s concept, atmosphere, and location are genuinely beautiful. The building has a lot of character, and the staff were also very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. However, for a hotel that cost around £880 for two nights, I do think some parts need to be updated. The lighting in the rooms was quite poor, and the minibars felt old and did not cool properly. Even though the rooms are designed with a classic concept, some details made them feel more outdated than charming. I was also disappointed with the late-night room service options. For this price level, having only toast, one or two other simple options, and a few pizzas felt quite limited. Overall, the location, atmosphere, and staff were very good, but considering the price, I expected the rooms and facilities to feel more modern and better maintained. Mert Guney
Absoloutley, first class! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day. The staff were brilliant , professional and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and located in the beautiful Alice room. Location, most things are in easy reach by a short walk. Cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough. We will be returning.
We stayed for 7 days and absolutely loved it. The staff went out of their way to help in any way. The bar downstairs was so welcoming and homely, we just loved sitting next to the fire while it was raining and cold, outside. Brilliant central location. Very comfortable rooms, and beautiful linen. Very attractive and well appointed bathrooms. Generally loved our stay! We would love to return.
