The Crown Inn

Proper brilliant spot! Pop into Crown on Thursday this week for a bit of grub. I’ve been down Woodstock a few times and tried all sorts, but this place absolutely takes the biscuit. Had a ham pizza and, mate, it was proper lush—crust was top-tier and the toppings were dead good. Seriously tasty stuff. I've done the rounds around Woodstock, but Crown is officially my new go-to, absolute class!

Beautiful room, fabulous location, the staff just bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast, amazing bacon and high quality eggs. Really were very pleased with the stay.

Crown cottage is a gem of a stay. Accommodation is beautiful, well thought out. Great little touches. The Crown is a lovely pub restaurant. Great food & drink, in a lovely setting. Staff are warm & friendly. Stones throw from Blenheim. Would 💯 recommend.

Stayed here last night, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The two guys who welcomed me upon arrival yesterday were incredibly friendly and are a true asset to The Crown Inn. My room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, featuring a very comfortable bed and an amazing deep roll-top bath with Cowshed products, which I love. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality tea and coffee facilities, as well as the in-room fridge stocked with fresh milk and a carafe of water—a wonderful, rare touch that easily beats the standard instant coffee and tiny plastic milk tubes found at most hotels. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. During check-in, the staff thoughtfully asked if I would be dining with them and noted my gluten intolerance. When I arrived for dinner, the team had personally annotated a menu to clearly highlight my gluten-free options. As anyone with a dietary restriction knows, eating out can be stressful, so this highly personalised gesture meant a lot to me. Thank you! Due to an 8:00 am meeting, I unfortunately had to leave before breakfast started at 9:00 am, but if dinner was any indication, I am certain it would have been amazing. I highly recommend this lovely inn.
