Strozzi Palace Suites By Mansley

Rooms are nice but dated. Furniture is tacky and dirty. The people doing room service have zero eye for detail and on the days we requested the room to be cleaned the floor was completely ignored. Great big balls of dust everywhere. Reception downstairs barely has anyone on it. We got extended check out and we locked ourselves out and couldn’t get back in because the code has expired. This should have been fixed in advance but I spent 20 mins on the phone to someone just for them to hang up on me. Luckily there was a cleaning lady who could let us in to the room. Location is ace bang smack in the middle of town centre everything very convenient. However, very expensive for poor quality. Won’t be staying again.

Booked via Agoda today as an amazing gift for my fiancé to spend a different night for her birthday. I checked in via their app and then i been waiting for the key acces. Their acces key never been available. In fact their said i need pay 250 pounds as deposit for security purposes explaining that i leave quite close to their Suites and is weird.after 3 hours spend on finding the best solution for receiving my money back or key acces finaly Agoda been amazing. I wonder if was the only money i got will be a problem to seat at their Suites. Only rich must apply mb?

We have just returned from a Fabulous 3 night stay in the Napoli Suite at the Strozzi Palace. Everything from the booking direct process, communication and the warm and welcoming greeting on arrival from the Lovely Ray - who couldn't do enough for you was first rate🌟. The suite was decorated/equipped to a high-end contemporary finish, with everything you could want and more for a really comfortable stay. Included was an inviting and well stocked hospitality tray, with fresh milk & orange in the fridge, biscuits, cereals. Bathrobes, slippers and Temple Spa toiletries just elevate it even more 😁 The location is so convenient to the centre of Cheltenham, shops & restaurants are close-by. We recommend the "Boston Tea Party" for a great breakfast or coffee, snacks etc, also don't miss the "Muse" restaurant for fabulous food - you will not be disapointed! They offer lunch & dinner (Sunday lunch roast is so good) 😋. Both restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the Strozzi. We also pre-booked our parking with the Strozzi, the car park is just behind the hotel, there is also paid on-street parking outside the hotel. To sum up our weekend, it could not have gone better, we "Loved" the Strozzi Palace and would have no hesitation in recommending it. We are looking forward to our next stay. A special shout out to Ray, who made the experience that more special, he was so helpful and charming. Looking forward to seeing you again Ray 😘♥️

Outstanding accommodation! 5 minutes from the center of Cheltenham. If parking is booked up, there is plenty of street parking immediately outside and on the adjoining streets. The apartment had a high end finish, with the most comfortable bed ever! Security is amazing. Can't wait to try other accommodation with this company.
