This guesthouse is amazing. Stayed in a double room,very clean and comfy and had good amenities. Good hot water in the shower - this might sound like basic requirement to some but trust me I have stayed in so many London hotels that are way more expensive where showers have no hot water. Free water refills. And staff here are absolute gems,so kind! Definitely would stay again.
I stayed for one night, last night, 3/8/26 and I thought it was absolutely fine for the price. I had a single room with accessible shower. The room was clean, single bed was comfortable, plenty of parking and easy to get to.
I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
I really do not write reviews often but this guest house was just brilliant. They were so chilled and welcoming but thoroughly organised. The place was IMMACULATE and the family room perfect for us. The gardens are really beautiful and the breakfast delicious and catered for my dietary needs safely (gluten free and dairy free and decaf!). They were so responsive to my message to ask for an iron which was such a blessing. Would love to stay here again. Thank you Ox'ford guest house 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great location in Headington to explore the rest of Oxford. Bus stops right outside going both directions. Easy and free car park, a nice breakfast to start your day!
Fairly small room, but sufficient, bed comfortable. Bathroom decent sized.
But... But... When we arrived the room was too cold, we put the heating on and it warmed up, but there didn't seem to be anyway to turn it down - I ended up very dehydrated and suffered a terribleigraine the next day (and no... It wasn't a hangover, I had one pint!)
