First of all: the breakfast is AMAZING!! Kids felt like they were in heaven with the waffles en pancakes, and all the topings. Everyone was so lovely. Especially hostess Airez really made us smile. What a sunshine, so kind and generous.. she even gave us some waffles for on the way. This lady definitely deserves a raise/promotion. Hotelroom was beautiful and spacious as well. Room was quiet. Lovely bed. The only thing is the bathroom, that definitely needs an update. But all in all, an amazing hotel!
The service is a 5/5 which is all due to Sandra from the restaurant who was an absolute delight to deal with. Very warm and full of positivity. You could tell she loved her job. Thanks Sandra for being the highlight of my stay and giving me joy at breakfast time!
We stayed with our grandchildren for a break when travelling from the South Coast to North Yorkshire. The location of the hotel could not be better. All the staff were amazing. They were cheerful, friendly and helpful. For example when we arrived the receptionist made a point of welcoming us and the children. At dinner the staff member serving us made sure we all ordered the right meal for each of us. She then adjusted the tables to give us more space. The food was excellent! We had adjoining rooms and had masses of space and comfortable large beds. It was so good we stayed again on the way back. Another large comfortable room and amazing staff. Thank you.
On arrival day they tried to charge me extra for something i didnt choose or click on when booking through the website.
They lied in my face at the service desk and said that there was a problem a couple of days ago and thats the reason.
The service worker said that they wont charge me for parking costs for that fault. After the stay they still did though.
Room was clean but i saw some human hairs in the bathroom. Disgusting
The room doesnt have any air conditioning so it was very hot and unpleasant.
With the window open there was barely some air flow.
The only thing good about the hotel is the breakfast. One of the workers there wants to pour you a drink that you can find and take yourself? What's special about that?
The restaurant services and workers are also terribly. They forgot a couple of times what i ordered and thats why it took so long before i got to eat my food.
Brilliant stay, comfy bed and very friendly polite staff who go above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Marta was brilliant so caring and offered us both coffee and orange juice at the table. Reception staff also fantastic they even gave me cans of water for the long journey back home. Will be back again!
